4-Alarm rebuilt my carport after a tree crushed it! It only took them 3-4 days, and the guys worked in awful heat — highs of 108. Brent was always responsive, professional and respectful (a ma’am in every message 😀). Reached out for an appointment. Received a call back and scheduled an appointment on a day between 3 and 5pm. They never showed or called back. Piss poor communication. I would avoid this company. Better companies that actually communicate. This is not one.

These guys killed it! From the moment I called until the roof was complete I was kept in communication of the progress. They worked with my insurance to make sure everything that was damaged was added to the claim. And they upgraded my shingles and vents for free! They also replaced my gutters and two windows. All the work was completed quickly and looks great. Thank you 4 Alarm Roofing.
