Daniel and his team did a great job. They go over all the different types of roofs and clean up well after the job is done. They are not a pushing sales company. Daniel will make sure his customers are 100% happy and his communications skills are great. He will call you back with any questions. We had used Cook DFW when we had a leak several years ago. The way they handled that situation for us (locating the leak, fixing the location, watching to ensure a complete fix and closing everything up) which entailed several trips and a few weeks of observation made us have them on speed-dial! After the storm in May we called right away to evaluate our property. They identified damage that we had not seen. Their thoroughness is commendable. We asked to be contacted in August to discuss the claim. Keith called when expected and set an appointment on our schedule. For the appointment he was on time, explained everything in our claim and answered all our questions. Everything is being done by the book. He's very knowledgeable about the claim process and of the materials that are going to be used. The company signs 2 people to the site to ensure that all work is done to high standards and that the customer is satisfied with the work through the process. I was referred by Essential Home Performance out of Van Alstyne. The team at Cook are very thorough, responsive, and provide comprehensive communication. My wife was home and She felt that the service provided was exceptional. The storms last night did some damage to our roof and these guys got on the roof and inspected for all possible damage and even sealed damaged spots with a temporary synthetic tarp and sealant. Cook DFW did an absolutely wonderful job replacing my hail-damaged roof. Keith took great care in handling all of this work for us in every way including working very closely with my insurance adjuster. He also personally repaired my fence and had it restained for us. This company does quality work, is very honest, and stands behind their work. I would gladly use them again and can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone!

We have had Trevor at Cook DFW Roofing out twice now for roof eval. Once to evaluate for storm damage and today because we just saw something on the roof we had never seen before. Turned out it was only an open vent. We texted him on a weekend, he responded promptly. Such a good, honest guy, and company. Said he would see us next time - no charge. When we WILL have to replace the roof sooner rather than later, we will definitely use them.

I called on Cook DFW Roofing & Restoration on behalf of my elderly aunt who needed some fairly minor vent work and lighting installation done. Even thought this was a smaller job (they had completed a much larger project on our personal home last year), their response and action was immediate and, as always, professional. They are genuinely interested in helping! Their rates are very reasonable, their pride in their work shows through the quality, and all team-members are courteous, thorough and pleasant. My aunt is thrilled and I couldn't be happier (again)! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom that did a lot of damage to our downstairs office and dining rooms. Cook DFW came highly recommended and did not disappoint. After a thorough inspection, it was determined that nothing was damaged and that no replacement is recommended/needed at this time.
