Mason was incredible! He really took the time to sit down with me while going over all the customizations I wanted and even gave me the best suggestions I never would've thought of myself. The lot itself has a few examples but he was able to pull it up on the computer so I could see exactly what he was talking about. The process was quick and easy. Sancho was the coolest little dog as well he greeted me with the biggest tail wag he should get a raise!

This business thrives off people that have bad credit. I went to see about purchasing a shed, they seemed much more intetested in renting me a shed instead of selling me one. The prices are unreasonable, but so is anything now days, yet I know that I will save money buying a shed from somewhere else !

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked onto the lot but I left with a storage unit and came back a week later to purchase another one. I expressed my needs for a unit and Crystal did not try to over or under sell me anything. The process for purchasing a unit wasn’t painful at all. The gentlemen who delivered my first shed were professional, courteous and wasted no time getting the job done and getting it done right. If they keep up the excerpt customer service, I may fill up my 2 acres of property with various storage sheds!

Sturdi Shed Venus walks the talk. I was looking at big box store brand sheds and thought I wanted to look Local. I did and have never second guessed my decision. I met Bradlee Perez on site in Venus. A true professional. I informed him of my needs. Bradlee listened, walked me through the process and we made a deal.My shed was delivered today. It was done professionally and meticulously. Usually I dont write reviews unless it's worth my time and the time of the individuals its being written about but I had to make an exception today, let me start off by saying customer service is dead, but when you meet BRADLEE and CRYSTAL, you will see that they go above and beyond what's expected of a sales rep they are beyond professional and exemplary all the while making you want to do business with them. I ran into an issue with some logistical nightmares that would have impeded on my future endeavors but noticing how upset I was, they set to the task of righting any wrongs that had occurred, they are the perfect team with whom i would do business with in the coming future, most times people are not given the recognition that they deserve, so if you're reading this review as someone in a position to elevate these two, (BRADLEE and CRYSTAL), I wouldn't hesitate because these two have me believing that customer service just might not be all that dead because it most definitely lives in these two, this has been a review signed sealed and given my approval as a UNITED STATES MARINE and a consumer....OORAH!!!
