The guy in charge of the crew replied to my phone call about a roof repair fairly quick. He said they were pretty busy but him and his team repaired my roof, some soffet and a trim piece in a reasonable time. When we had done the initial walkthrough he had mentioned that he could get a guy to repair a part of our enclosed porch pretty quick and easy but I didn't have the money for that job at the time. When I ended up calling him back for that porch repair he kept telling me he would get back to me Monday or I two weeks. That was about 8 months ago when. I initially contacted him about the porch. They also used a wider drip edge on the roof repair than what was on my house and it stands out. I would probably hire these guys if I needed a whole new roof but I guess it's not worth their while to come fix a couple hundred dollar problem.

I am MORE than please with the service we received! Right from the beginning Honey’s was helpful and genuinely cared! They made every effort possible to get us taken care of as quickly as possible. Our appointment date was set for installation and the day their crew came I was pleasantly surprised. I had no idea what to expect. They were quick and efficient.. most importantly, they were polite and courteous! I had to leave for work right in the middle of the old roof being removed and one of the gentleman immediately saw me open the door and stopped the work so I could safely leave without worrying about falling debris. He then proceeded to tell me to have a good day! They stayed late cleaning our yard VERY thoroughly and I even saw one guy pick up the pool net and literally clean a small amount of debris that had accidentally fallen in my children’s little pool! If you want wonderful service from both the in office and on the job staff, Honey’s is the place to use. I highly recommend!Service: Roof installation

I cannot even begin to say enough wonderful things about our experience so far with Honey’s roofing, and we haven’t even had the new roof installed yet. So expect another review next week. I never write reviews, but I felt like everyone needed to know how great the staff at Honey’s are! I dealt with several companies because of various damages to our home after the crazy winter storm we had this year and the ONLY company that I did not dread talking to was Honey’s. From the initial call when Kristen set up the appointment for James to come out she was kind and on top of things. James came out explained exactly what was wrong with the roof and what needed to be done. Worked with us and a RIDICULOUS hassle with Allstate trying to get them to cover the roof. James came out to the house 3 times to meet with adjusters sharing his extensive knowledge on what should be covered according to the policy and why. He really went above and beyond as far as we were concerned and helped us tremendously. Kristen knew who I was and exactly what was going on with our roof every time I called without having to put me on hold to “look up my account” like most of the companies. She was sincere, sent and responded to emails almost immediately, and seems like an office manager that Honey’s is lucky to have. If you ever need an honest, forthcoming company this business is who to trust. When my husband and I purchased our home, part of our closure was for the original owners to replace the roof. While I cannot take credit of picking Honeys Roofing, the previous owner did. I'm so thankful, it's only been 7 years and the shingles that were used did not hold up. Upon our refinance appraisal the appraiser pointed out that we needed our roof replaced. We were shocked because it was a 25 year shingle warranty and our roof was only 7 years old. Honey helped us during the process with the shingle company but to our disappointment, Tamko did not want to honor their warranty. Honeys Roofing knew that Tamko was in the wrong and came out and replaced the whole front half of our roof where the damaged shingles were at no charge. To the staff at Honeys Roofing thank you for taking care of our family.

Hello! I recently contacted Honey"s Roofing for a roof inspection. Maggie came out and completed the inspection of my home and detached garage. She was very professional and answered all of my concerns about the condition of my nearly 30 y/o roof. After reviewing the proposal and workmanship warranty, I decided to go with Honey's and get the roof replaced. The crew that came out did an excellent job installing my new roof! Nothing but great things to say about this company. Great folks to work with! Anthony and Justin made it so easy. They showed me things that were not done correctly by the builder, which caused leaks and then Honey's did things the right way. My husband set an appointment on 11/04 between 3:30 - 5:00 for someone to come and give us an estimate on replacing our roof and no one showed up or called us. My husband called on 11/05 to find out why no one showed up or called us and the secretary advised him that if was a mistake because they show that they had already came out to look at our roof a few months ago. We did call a couple of roofing companies to come and look at our roof to see if we had roof damage and at that time, we were advised that we didn't have any and never got an estimate. Now we are looking to replace the roof and getting estimates to have the work done. On 11/05 the secretary apologized and set up another appointment for 11/08 between 5:00 - 5:30, again no one showed up or called. My husband called this morning (11/09) to find out why again no one called or showed up and the secretary advised that the person that was supposed to come to our house had to pick her kids up and that she tried calling my husband. No one tried calling my husband and no voicemail was left. The secretary asked to schedule another appointment and my husband told her that we would take our business somewhere else. We would have like to use this company to replace our roof, however, if you can't depend on them to keep their appointments, how can you depend on them to show up and work on your home.

Our house is 98 years old and had the original cedar shakes plus 3-4 additional layers of shingles over that. Add a steeply pitched roof and not much access for a trailer, and you’re looking at a huge job from the start. Honey’s did phenomenal work, and left the site cleaner than it was before they arrived (they even cleaned up some pecan leaves with the shingle parts). The crew was friendly, efficient, and we are so impressed with the level of communication from Larry and everyone there. Couldn’t be happier with them. Thanks for treating our home so well.

I had another roofing company come by after a hail storm telling me my roof was ruined. I did not trust them and I have heard great things about Honey's Roofing. I called Honey's when I had a leak rot through my front porch soffit. I figured there might be additional issues with the roof so I had a few companies come and inspect. Honey's not only completed the most thorough inspection they reviewed my multiple options and even helped with my insurance claim. Anthony was amazing and so trustworthy that I had them do the work when the insurance came through even though I was in Florida. They did an excellent job. There was one small thing that had been overlooked by one of their subcontractors but I texted Anthony and he was out same day to take a look and had it fixed the very next day. Between all of the projects that I've had done to my home these guys are the absolute best!
