I was literally stuck with this "business" due to the fact that I have insurance via Farmer's. Projects took an eternity to complete, and we got the run around with excuses more often than not. Delays! Delays! Delays! Work was average. Also, I did not appreciate the way the project manager disrespected my 87-year-old mother. He communicated with her as if she were a "silly old woman". If I did not have to be at work when he visited, I would have addressed his disrespectful attitude. I will never use or recommend this "business" ever again!

The initial consultation to have the corner of my roof repaired went well. The technician arrived promptly with no issues and stated they were going to provide me a quote at a later time. However, none of my calls were returned and I was never sent the quote. I have called several times, and I am never provided a clear answer for garnering a quote, or scheduling a repair date. With the poor internal communication and unprofessional nature of the company, I would not want them to work on my property. We have moved forward with another repair company.

Target restoration came in and did a great job on my house. I was very pleased with the outcome. Billy Dicorte who was the Project Manager over the job came in and took care of everything, he said 3 months and everything was finished on time. I want to give him kudos for always being professional and answering all my questions and concerns. Thanks for making the experience less stressful. Kudos to Hector and his team for doing an amazing job on my home. You guys rock.

Extremely trustworthy company with honest, knowledgeable and punctual employees. We used Target to work on our water damaged floors after basically being told we would have to replace the entire 2,000 sq/ft area. Target was able to isolate the problem area and replace only a few planks, while restoring the original floors. I felt very comfortable with Robert and Lee in and out of our home frequently while working. We also used Target to replace our roof in 2020. They finished in two days and it looks beautiful!!! Many of our neighbors had roofers banging around for much longer. Don’t bother with several bids when you can trust a family business with honest people.-Lacy Hodges-

We had a plumbing leak in the fall of 2018 resulting in various types of damage. Target did an excellent job working with our insurance company, explaining things to us, and the quality of their work was top notch. Half my kitchen cabinets had to be rebuilt from scratch and the work so closely matches the originals that you can't tell them apart (unless you open the drawers or doors & see how much better Target did on the hinges and slides!). The crews and subcontractors used were all very professional and friendly. I would have given 5 stars except, at times, the communication via phone or text was slow or incomplete.

We want to thank Target Restoration in handling our plumbing leak. Everything was done well and in a timely manner. We appreciate their concerns and care of taping off the work areas so well with our sick one in the household. It meant a lot to us for them to go to that extra effort. The paint match was spot on too, looks like nothing ever happened. We we're also surprised by the reasonable fee for the difficult work done. We say thanks again.

When we had Target Restoration come to replace our bathroom floor, their quote was reasonable and their workmen were polite and punctual. They did a good job, however, the workmen replaced only the rotten area, when I had requested the whole floor to be replaced. When I communicated this to the manager, he had the job redone as I had requested. In addition, when they were under the house, they discovered the drainpipe for my washer had come loose and was leaking and they repaired that as well.Target Restoration has a very good work ethic and excellent communication and responsiveness.

We had a dishwasher leak which lead to a fairly large project. Target came in and completed the work. It took time, which at times was frustrating, but in the end they came back and finished all details. They were honest and Calvin and his crew were great to work with. So glad we went with Target.

I highly recommend Target Restoration. Parnell has great customer service and is great with any concerns you may have. He was quick to respond after a serious roof leak at my parents house and with another heavy rain on the way he acted quickly to get the leaking area covered in the mean time to prevent further damage. Target should definitely be the first call you make when deciding who will make your home whole again.

Our insurance company picked this company to remodel our house after a fire.I really wouldn't recommend them at all.I have learned a lesson.They overcharged us for work that wasn't even complete,or they put replaced on the invoice.Please if you use this company ask for the invoice.Terrible paint job and cracks in tile.Doors needed to be replaced all they did was paint over the burned marks didn't even buff so all the paint is peeling. It's Just so much to list. The workers eat and smoke and leave rubbish all over the yard.Services: Remodeling, Mold inspection, Flooring, Painting, Fire damage cleanup & repair, Plumbing

Slow, sub-par work. It has been months since they started and still not finished. Had to call 90% of the time just to get an update or to get work to start. Sub contractors are slow and unorganized. They talk a good game, but the service and integrity are not there to back it up. This company is out to use your ENTIRE settlement amount and use poor quality work and materials to pad their pockets. I trusted these guys with my home and money and feel taken advantage of...

Well we had a leak in our master bathroom. It had been leaking for a while. We had mold all in the wall behind the sink and in the guestimate bedroom. We were not able to stay in the house due to my husband having surgery the same day these guys came out. We'll with in a week they had all the mold gone and everything back in place so I could bring my husband home. They did a great job. Robert and his guys was very professional and kind to our needs. I was introduced to Target Restoration by an attorney in Waco to have them do restoration on an apartment building. I hired Adam based on the recommendation and did not do a thorough check of experience in repairing large complexes. What a mistake. I could write a short paper about my terrible experience. He never showed me his license or proof of insurance. He charged me for items that I felt were not appropriate.When they removed all the damaged material and debris they never covered the drains. After I hired another construction company to finish the job there are now several clogs in the drains. I would bet the clogged drains are a result of Adam's workers not capping the drains to make sure debris did not enter the pipes. I have numerous other examples but don't have the time to list them all.Ultimately, Adam decided to unilaterally walk away from the job. He didn't have the class to call me. He just sent me an email. Stay away from Target Restoration.

Having dealt with several restoration companies in Waco, I can honestly say that Target Restoration blows all of the other companies out of the water. From the quality of their customer service, to their knowledge of the business, they are hands down the best there is. Don’t bother looking else where for work needing to be done. These are your guys.

My Insurance company had Target as a preferred provider. I liked Rocky and Tom ok. They were ok to deal with, but higherd subs that were simply bad. They would patch up and make the subs redo things to a point. The job was done wrong from day one they then oversanded my wood floors. They fixed one bedroom with a new wood floor and did patch work on rest of house. Today I still not back together they sent an expert to say their is too much humidity in my house and walked away after doing patch work for two years. I would not higher them to build a dog house. Maybe if they had gotten lucky on subs it would have gone well.Mark

I called them for an estimate on some work. It has been 13 days and I still have not received it. I assume the job is just too small for them to bother with. Wish they would have just declined like one of the other restoration companies did when I called for an estimate. Now my families holiday is pretty much ruined.
