Timeline Construction was a very efficient company to work with. Everyone showed up every day until the work was completed and finished in a timely manor. Sam was very easy to make plans with and very cooperative with our schedule. I would definitely recommend Timeline Construction and Sam Schwennesen to anyone needing their type of services.

Timeline construction is a company that is honest, on time, they did crown molding thru-out my home.I have decorative ceilings which complicated the project but they did a wonderful job cutting around all the angles. The workers were very professional in their work. Very good and neat painters, they cleaned up their materials left over after job was finished Immaculate service and will call them later for future needs.Betty Elliott

There were several things that were not done properly in our unique Mediterranean style home and I needed to find someone to help with the repairs. I was familiar with the stellar reputation of Byron at Homestead Heritage (Sam’s mentor)— professional expertise and highest ethical standards, and later met Sam personally; but I thought they were beyond my budget and chose “less expensive” avenues to correct the problems. What a mistake! In the end, I called Sam. He not only corrected the original issues, but repaired the “repairs”.Sam and his whole team highly impressed me with the way they corrected their own work as they proceeded, doing so with pleasure in seeing the job done right. They were completely trustworthy. When they came to my home, I felt like they were family.I hope to build my next home soon, and I don’t see any reason for not choosing Timeline to perform that project. I recently decided to add a mother in-law suite / cottage to our property. After getting help from Timeline Construction on a previous home remodel, I decided to put their skills to an even greater challenge and contract them for the full turn key project. I am sooooo glad I did. From plan design to move in, Timeline exceeded our expectations. Their attention to detail, answering our questions and absorbing the few last minute changes during construction made the 6 month project a pleasure. I can't say enough about the kind and respectful demeanor of all the Timeline employees and the absolute insistence that if we're not happy - they're not happy. If I ever have a project like this again I'll make one phone call and that will be to Sam at Timeline Construction.
