We were referred to Texas Built Roofing by a friend and were impressed with their service. Leslie Mason was very responsive and communicated every step of the way. She was willing to answer all of the questions I had and made it a breeze to work with insurance on our roof replacement. It did take a bit longer than expected to get the roof replaced (thanks to TX storms and COVID-related material shortages), but once the materials were delivered, the crew worked hard from sunrise to sunset. They made sure our yard was clear of debris when the job was complete. We had a patch job done, Jeremy was fantastic to work with. Showed up on time and delivered the work as described. He went above and beyond while on site. The new shingles are darker due to be being newer but if I didn’t know it was repaired I wouldn’t have guessed. Everyone I’ve interacted with at TBR has been amazing to work with.

I have had a couple of occasions to call Texas Built Roofing for issues on different properties. Each and every time they responded quickly, professionally and priced reasonably. The last time was for severe roof damage that would require a new roof. Shelly in their office was extremely knowledgeable on insurance claims and Samuel got me an estimate really quick. Leslie and her team were the only company out of 6 that actually went up on my roof to check everything out. Knowing we needed total shingle replacement they made sure my plywood was in good shape before quoting me. The price for replacement was within what the insurance company allowed. Leslie also assured me that they would do a complete tear off and install in one day which I couldn’t believe that they got it done. They took very good care of our yard and landscaping and did a thorough clean up. Very professional company, took my phone calls with the questions I had after hours. We went with the Moire Black shingles and they just make the roof look awesome. You will not be disappointed with them.
