We replaced our roof using Texas Pro Exteriors and I wanted to leave some nice Feedback an a Testimonial for them as they did a very nice job!From start to finish everyone we dealt with was very professional (just like their name!) and also very friendly. The price they quoted was almost exactly what they said (thank goodness) and they took care of it on the exact dates that they promised.We had a small problem with one area of the roof but they took care of that without question or hesitation, which we really appreciated.The end result looks beautiful and we've already had a few compliments. In short, we're very happy with Texas Professional Exteriors and would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.

This company did a fantastic job with my new roof. My husband and I bought a home that was a serious fixer upper, and a few issues with the roof turned into a full replacement shortly after closing. Texas Professional Exteriors rose to the occasion and got the job done well. It was more affordable than I thought it would be, and they got the work done fast. It looks great, and all of our leak issues are thankfully over.

They did our roof after Hurricane Harvey. We waited forever and we got the wrong color shingles delivered and had to except that color or wait more time. When they finally came out and completed the roof we were very disappointed in the work. The roof looks TERRIBLE!!!! The first hard rain we had the roof leaked!!! As if we didn't have enough damage already!! The office staff was very nasty, changed the price after we agreed and signed a contract and wanted a payment in full for an amount not agreed on (even with issues). When they came out to fix the leak they put a 1x6 over the flashing and put sealant in the cracks. It looks awful!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I hired Texas Professional Exteriors to repaint the interiors of my house, and remove that dreaded popcorn ceiling! They really do phenomenal work. They carefully taped everything off, covered my furniture and got to work. The workers were very nice.All in all I would hire them again. They were pretty quick, even though they repainted every room.

I needed a new roof on my rental property and shopped around for quite awhile about who I could get to do it. I’m so glad I found these guys and read up on their reviews. They did the whole job within budget and under the quoted time. I love the service and quality these guys put forth and will definitely use them again!

Do not ever use this company especially for roof repairs. I was told today that it is a law that roof work labor warranties in TX are 5 years, not one like they told me. Several companies said they must warranty work for at least 5 yrs. Also my roof was done in 2014 while I was away on vacation. Got a call stating they were there to do the work and I stated I wasn't home. Big mistake to let them do it while I wasn't here. It's a few years later and two companies have told me the roof wasn't replaced properly. The flashing under the shingles is missing and the part where the roof creases on all four sides has shingles too short. Water has been running down the creases into the wood for years. Now there is dry rotting and damage to the siding. I called about five days ago and the assistant on the phone stated it could not have come from what the did or I would have noticed it. No one would see a leak that is in the siding unless you are outside while raining. I just happened to be out Sunday to see it. Said her supervisor or someone would call me to check into it. Of course no one called. I posted publicly on their page and sent a private message for someone to call me but nothing from them. A BBB complaint shall be done. This is ridiculous. They should be out of business for all the shady work they've done. Based on the complaints on here, they need to close down. Not a happy customer at all!!!

DO NOT PARTNER UP WITH THIS STORMER!!!! ...... 26% of the roofs they installed leaked, that's 26 leaking roofs out of 100 installed. In 6 months, after a large hail storm, the rag tag sales force they brought in managed to sell 100 roofs, which we can do easily, without a hail storm. They brought no crews and hired locally anyone long as they were breathing. Took their crews 3 - 5 days to install 22 squares, if they dhowed up! ... The owner Daron Farmer will try to cheat you out of your royalty payments, even if your always on him..... Four claims were filed on our bond from their work and now we are dealing with lawsuits as well. They leave and wash their hands of responsibility . They will ruin your business , DO NOT PARTNER UP WITH THIS STORMER!!! Owner Daron Farmer has very well rehearsed trite little explanations for everything to avoid taking responsibility (obviously he has many years of experience doing this with other "partners") .When they leave you will be responsible for servicing the warranties on their bad work for one year and you will be plenty busy . Guess what ? They will not pay you for most of the warranty work you do for them (which you have to, it's your company's name) & if they do it'll be far far less than the money you put into the repair, including interior damage, and if they actually pay you it will take countless calls & emails and several weeks before they reimburse you for the amount they see fit.They will not pay for legal fees brought on by their poor work, and it's plenty. We had a judgement for $5 K against us because they would not pay for attorneys they are obligated to pay for per partnership contract. Any lawsuits that arise from their work, they will not cover legal fees.Their sales people will eat deductibles and burn your reputation with insurance carriers and all social media, Google as well. You will be inundated with BBB complaints, our rating went from an A- to a D because of their work during our partnership .DO NOT PARTNER UP WITH THIS STORMER!!!

This is a professionally managed operation with quality people at all levels. If you're looking for a trustworthy roofing or remodeling company that will provide an honest estimate and then complete the job on-time with high standards, these guys are the best choice in the Waco area.

TPE customer service is not very good! It seems to have the policy that once payment is made, the customer is forgotten!!! We had a $25,000.00 deal with TPE and once the final payment was made trying to get someone to come out and look into issues we had was next to impossible. Additionally, while the work was being do, the Project Manager was practically absent (maybe our deal wasn't big enough) and the lead was trying to take every short cut possible. I was constantly, overseeing the projects to ensure completeness! He left old plugs and switches in our new kitchen, he left several that had paint on them from when our new cabinet were painted, he failed to put a plug in for our new refrigerator, he didn't caulk around new trimming, honestly the list is to long to put in this review. I will think twice before using them again!!!

Had them bid a job to redo the exterior of an old farm house , excepted their bid gave them 11,000 deposit , after 4 to 5 months they came back and said they had misquoted the job and couldn't do for that amount, asked for a new quote , they never returned our calls, we finally did get our deposit back, i don't think we call that Professional in Texas
