We had a large tree limb fall on our house and bust a hole in our roof. The Roof Co came out within an hour, they patched the hole the same day and then were able to get started replacing the whole roof very quickly. They were great at communicating and working with our insurance. Can’t recommend them enough!

The Roof Co was the BEST decision we made when we were told that we needed our roof replaced. The Roof Co responded to us quickly and communicated with us throughout the process.Our roof looks amazing! We have two Dobermans and their safety is a high priority for us .. so of course we were concerned about the clean up. The Roof Co did an amazing job cleaning up and left our yard looking fantastic free of nails and other harmful items.I HIGHLY recommend the Roof Co for all of your roofing needs.PS … RAUL is AMAZING! No call back when they said no show up when they say call you at there convenience not yours have to wait all day around then call with excuses I'm just a small single wide that needs a new roof I guess I'm not big enough for profit to get them to show so I see why the need donations to keep business open cause no one wants to work . So heed my warning don't use these people. Lot more roofers that callback an show up that need the work an feed there families

When the first two colors I choose were not available, Abbe provided me with options and made sure I was 100% happy with the color I ended up choosing. I was put in touch with Abbe, from day one she made sure things were taken care of in a professional manner, she kept in touch with me and made sure I knew what was going at all times. Austin is incredible - he is extremely responsive & timely. I have used him to repair a hole in our residential roof left by an electrician, as well as having TheRoofCo. come out & fix the leak in our Commercial business as well.Would recommend to anyone on the fence about Commercial Repair/Replacement or even New Commercial Installation.I also love seeing how involved they are in the community. I can't speak to actual work being done.. but I had Josh come out for an estimate. He was fast and friendly. However, when it came down to him giving a quote..I'm still waiting. Been 3 weeks and still nothing. I'll use someone else that treats me as a priority.

We’ve been struggling with leaks in our roof/wet ceilings since we opened our business almost 5 years ago. We’ve had several contractors from roofing to HVAC try to figure it out, with no luck. Even the original roof installer gave up on it. Finally, we took one last shot and called Erin and Austin, owners of The Roof Co. Waco. Austin suspected that the issue was HVAC related, so we scheduled an HVAC technician to come out and have a look. Austin blocked out his whole morning to make sure he was here to help with the inspection. As it turned out, the issue had been (kind of) HVAC related all along, specifically due to one of the rooftop air circulators in our kennel area pulling too much air and forcing our A/C units to work too hard and build excess condensation throughout the ductwork.Finally, after 5 years of ugly stained ceiling tiles in our lobby, we have a fix to our problem! I can’t stress enough how important it is to find a roofing contractor who not only has knowledge of building systems beyond just the roof, but who also cares enough about solving their customers’ issues to show up and see it through to a solution. We can’t say “Thank You” enough times to Erin and Austin at The Roof Co. Waco for being there for us and finding a solution to our long-running issue!Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair
