Graves Roofing put a new roof on my house following the hailstorms. I was so happy with the results, when it came time to replace my father-in-law’s roof, I turned to Graves. Once again, they did not disappoint. We are very happy with both results. Both roofs are beautiful! Bryan Graves gives excellent customer service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Rob with Graves roofing came to my house after a bad storm that ripped a 6' x 8' section of shingles off and volunteered to install a free temporary patch to my roof to minimize any further damage until my roof could be replaced even of I didnt choose his company. He was genuine and transparent about everything and when the company replaced the roof the workers were professional and did a great job even with the challenges of getting the equipment on my property with the tight access to my driveway from the alleyway. The roof looks great and we have had no issues through several bad storms since then. The cleanup was thorough and I was only able to find one nail after searching the property. That's pretty good in my book. I am very satisfied. I recommend this company to anyone reading this. Rob thanks again. We need more like you out there.Edited to add: Rob has also checked in with me several times since the install to make sure everything was satisfactory and even driven out to the house after bad storms to see if the roof had any issues.

We recently had some major wind damage and called up Bryan Graves and had him come by and take a look. Was able to locate the damage and didn't just go to "you need a new roof", as many others would do. He inspected the whole roof, patched up where the shingles blew off and even sealed up the roof jacks, flashings and exposed nails...and painted. Above and beyond the best in the business, knowledgeable, professional and friendly the whole way thru. We have a new build and had a hailstorm about eight months ago. We had two other roofers come to our house and tell us we definitely needed a new roof.When Brian came out he did a thorough inspection and told me that with the new shingles he wouldn't claim it on insurance if it were him, but we should check again in about eight months (since we could still make a claim as long as within a year).He just came out again and after inspection, he told us we didn't need a new roof. That is unheard of around here. Most roofers try to sell you things you don't need. There is a lot of low-quality work out there since roofers do not need licenses.I repeatedly here good things about Grave's roofing for their honesty and knowledge, and saw it firsthand when he did not try to sell me something I didn't need.

We had three roofers come out an inspect our home for hail damage and picked Graves because of Brandon Westphal. He took more time with us than any of our roofers and explained everything to us very well. He even grabbed my son's tennis ball out of the gutter and tossed it down to him just to be kind (none of the other roofers had seen this).When it came time to do an insurance claim, he was very knowledgeable and thorough. We had met with 2 other roofing companies when we got a glowing recommendation to have Graves Roofing give us a bid. The owner, Brian, came out and explained everything the type of shingles to the installation process! We were instantly sold as he REALLY knows his business! They were professional and had the old shingles off and the new roof on in one day! They came back the following morning and finished the cleanup perfectly! First time roof-replacement-ers here: We met with several local roofing companies, but Sean Baldwin with Graves Roofing was by far the most informative roofer we met with. We met with him and went over our insurance company's estimate line by line, with itemized details and invoices. He explained how the whole process would work from start to finish. We felt very confident that neither us or our insurance company would be taken advantage of during this process. He worked directly with our insurance company. He made recommendations for which type of shingles/color/etc and at the same time wasn't pushy about any particular type: it was our roof & gutters, so it was our decision. He was here every day when the crews were here. He was very patient with our questions. The crews were great! They cleaned up the roofing mess, didn't damage any landscaping, and were very good at explaining where they were in the process. Our roof looks fantastic: better than it did before the hail storm! Graves Roofing and Sean are the best roofing professionals we could have hired! Highly recommend!

I would never use this service simply due to the lack of professionalism. They replaced a neighbors roof. When they took their break they were spread out all over my yard, trash everywhere. I politely asked them to make sure they clean up. They clearly could not understand anything I said. I simply said, "por favor limpiar basura, gracias". (they did clean up their mess) When they were done hours later, somebody came and rang my doorbell. I was on a con call with an internal client executive and two high level executives with my customer. About 5 minutes passed and here goes the doorbell again. After about 10 seconds, he rang my doorbell repeatedly for almost 2 minutes. Not a ring and then wait 10 - 20 seconds and ring again. No. This was literally nonstop, without taking a breath, ringing and then he also was knocking at the same time. I very embarrassingly had to stop presenting on my call to see what the big deal was. Some guy with the roofers was holding up a Spanish to English translator stating he wanted in my backyard. I told him no, I am on the phone for work and asked him to stop ringing my bell. When I went back to my conference call with, they asked me if there was a fire or an emergency I needed to tend to. I could not have been more embarrassed. To top it off, while still on this same conference call, they came back and rang the doorbell again. Utterly ridiculous!! Unfortunately, the unprofessionalism of the roofers cost me this opportunity with the client. They may be the best roofers in America, but the level of unprofessionalism is astounding, to say the least.

I had a storm blow two shingles off my roof. It seemed like a weird occurrence since our roof is brand new. I spent a week calling roofing companies only to be told that I would have to have my entire roof inspected and the minimum cost for any repair would be $450 - $500 even if it the repair was replacing two shingles. Some companies even wanted to charge me additional fees due to the steep pitch of the roof.As you can imagine I was about ready to find myself a really tall ladder and brave the roof myself when I got a call back from Mr. Graves at Graves Roofing in Rockwall, TX. He offered to go out and have a look at the roof and said he’d call me. The same day, in the rain, none the less, Mr. Graves personally went out to my house and found the area with the 2 missing shingles and realized the shingles were on my porch in good condition. So he called me up and said he wouldn’t feel right charging me for such a minor repair and promptly got to the repair. I made several offers to pay him and he simply refused. The next day when I arrived home from work he was just finishing up and had actually done more than we had discussed just to make sure I was fully repaired and yet he would not accept any payment. I was absolutely blown away after having dealt with the all the other companies who wanted to talk money before they ever looked at my roof. Mr. Graves has made a customer for life in us. If you want an honest, quality roofing company look no further. You have absolutely found it with Graves Roofing.

Dealing with QBE (our insurance company)has been such a hassle. We started with a roofing company that gave up on us because of QBE, giving us the round around for, 8 months.Brandon from Graves roofing has worked hard and didn’t give up on our home couldn't thank him enough, we were approved for new roof with a 30-year shingle.I highly recommend Brandon he is a true go-getter and will fight tooth and nail for you. He arrives as promised, surveys takes notes discusses what you desire and gives you the best advice and proposal for your budget. He also will work with your insurance company taking as much hassle out of the process. When presenting his bid he will take all the time needed to explain the pros and cons for the job, materials needed, discuss the time frame involved for job and conveys what has been determined to be the issue(s) and what needs to be done to correct it. We thought we had a leak in our roof on Father’s Day we really just wanted someone to come out and put a tarp on it due to more rain being expected that afternoon. Bryan with Graves Roofing came out and took great care of us taking away from his family time.It ended up being our ac that was the problem causing a leak in our ceiling.
