Our experience with JML through the roofing process was phenomenal. From the storm we had many roofers come and talk to us. We went with JML because of the professionalism, clear communication and customer service. Terry Davis was our main contact and his responsiveness to questions and concerns were excellent and everything was done to the specific time table we set together. The roof install was seamless and when they left it was clean and clear. Terry even walked the outside after it was done to make sure we were happy with the work. I couldn’t recommend JML enough to anyone with any type of roofing needs. They are awesome!!

I called JML to replace a roof from an insurance claim. Lance was great to work with and made the process smooth and easy for me. The day of the job, the crew was fast, professional and did quality work. They left my property cleaner than when they arrived, and showed me photos and drone footage to make sure I was satisfied with the new roof. This company is ABSOLUTELY top-notch! From personal experience I know Roofing companies can be pretty shady so I really hate having to search for a reputable one I could and would trust our home with. I will never use another company, JLM roofing was by far the best find and we will forever be customers! It was an absolute seamless experience from start to finish. They were very communicative throughout the process, we knew exactly what was happening and what to expect each step of the way. They started at 6AM and we’re finished early afternoon (same day). They were so careful with the removal of the old roof so there was no damage to the exterior of the home, they even repaired trim work on the chimney that had previously fallen off. Worked with Lance Winters at JML roofing and couldn’t have been happier! Very prompt, excellent communication with timely updates, did quality work, and even sent an overhead video afterwards for the new homeowners. Had my new roof put on today by JML and it was a TOP NOTCH experience!!! From start to finish they were professional and knowledgeable about everything I asked. I had them add a skylight in my living room for extra light and you would NEVER know it was not original to my home! I will never ever use another roofer and neither should you if you want a seamless job! Thanks Lance for noticing I had a missing shingle months ago and repairing it for free so I would know who to call when the time came for a new roof. .

Lance with JML Roofing came and evaluated our roof. He was professional and educated me on what he saw and what we need to keep an eye out for. He showed me the pictures and talked me through it. I truly felt that this company cares and is not trying to get a quick sale. In fact, there was a little area that needed caulk, next thing I know… he was back on the roof and had fixed it for us—no charge. JML Roofing is knowledgeable, professional, and has integrity. JML did an awesome job! Our insurance company was a real pain, but Terry followed up with details until the insurance company paid the claim! The roof and gutters look great! JML Roofing Solutions did an excellent job at replacing my roof that had suffered wind and hail damage. I was given a detailed explanation for everything they planned on doing. They showed up first thing in the morning, tore my old roof off, and replaced it by the end of the day. I was very impressed with the clean-up too. You couldn't tell that roofers had been at my house the whole day. They even painted the existing vents to match the color of the new shingles. I would highly recommend them for any roofing job.

I was desperately in need of a roof. I had a referral to JML Roofing. They came out immediately to inspect the roof and shared with me next steps.
