🔔 Attention Dallas homeowners and contractors! I want to share my experience with Neighbors Choice Roofing & Construction In Dallas Tx. They entrusted me with a company lead, and I diligently carried out inspection, attended adjuster appointment, and secured approval. However, upon completion of the work, they unexpectedly withdrew the job and ended our collaboration.This situation shed light on the lack of transparency in their invoicing and commission structures, which led to discrepancies in payments for various projects. Furthermore, their decision to alter the compensation plan post-completion of two jobs resulted in reduced payments for consultants like myself. Can you really trust a business who doesn’t compensate their workers? And manipulate a mutual agreement.

One of the few roofing companies that will work with a homeowner when the homeowner is paying for the new roof, not an insurance company. The President of the company, Brandon Ballard, did a great job ensuring the new roof, gutters, and downspouts were installed the way we requested. We asked that the gutters and downspouts be removed first, then the old roof was removed. The new roof was installed followed by the new gutters and downspouts. When it was cleaned up, it was only cleaned up once. I believe that is the way all roofing companies should do it when both the roof and gutters are replaced at the same time. What can I say, these guys were easy to do business with. Jacob Coleman walked me through all the steps for my roof replacement. He took a mythological approach to collecting the right data needed to get me exactly what I needed for the right price. He showed up when he said he would show up, his crew showed up on time too. He made sure my home was taken care of like it was his own. Even when the work was done, he made a visit to make sure all my questions were answered and I was happy with the results. I really appreciate that out of a business because not everyone does that. I have spent more on home projects and gotten less of a customer service focus. Also they made a very good effort to make sure my yard was clean of debris. Heck my neighbor had a yard full of nails after his roof was replaced. I haven’t found one! Almost Disney like service. My Roof had hail damage and my insurance had rejected 3 different roofing contractors when we filed the claim. Insurance said not enough damage to replace roof.Jacob inspected the roof and identified the damages. he marked the damaged areas with chalk and took photos and talked to my insurance. He also went up the roof with the adjustors/inspectors and finally got an approval for a new roof and repair of the fence too. CTS people replaced my roof and also my solar panels were removed and re-installed after the new roof was completed.Jacob made sure that everything is done correctly and always in contact.I am very satisfied with Jacob and CTS that I recommended them to my relatives and friends. When I started my process to repair my roof due to a recent windstorm, Jacob Coleman reached out to me and immediately got to work. He came and did an inspection and was able to assess the situation. He also covered my roof to protect it from a rain storm. My insurance wouldn’t have taken care of the damage for the entire home. Jacob was able to help and showed me different options for the roof. The job was done two days later. They started at 6:30am and was finished by 2pm the same day. They did quality work and cleaned up everything before they left. Jacob made me feel comfortable during the whole process. He didn’t try to sell me but rather help me make the best decision for my home. I would highly recommend Jacob and the team at CTS to do your next roofing job.

This is a long overdue review for the outstanding job and unbelievable service received. Everyone I worked with on getting my roof replaced was beyond belief. Jacob and Gerald stayed on top of the project with excellent communication and professionalism. Same can be said for Darche and Ivan. They ensured the materials were there before the job was planned to begin and had the job knocked a little after lunch time. This was no small roof either being a ranch style with a little under 3k square feet. This was the last piece I’m getting out home ready to sell before heading to a new state. I wish I could take these guys with me. I’m my almost 40yrs of life, I have never been so pleased with a service and company. Thank you Jacob, Gerald, Darche, Ivan, and the rest of the crew.
