These guys are true professionals in every sense.The level of service was spot on.The communications were not too noisy and everything was communicated in email or texting. They arrived on time, had all their supplies and went right to work. It took the 5 man crew about 3 hours to remove every bit of the old roof. One man was on the ground cleaning up the old material and putting in a dumpster they brought with them. There was not one piece of the old roof left on the ground, everything was picked up, even the nails. They blew off the roof to prep for the new and right after lunch they went to work. You can really tell a professional crew by how they work together in rhythm. The entire roof was completed in about 5 hours.Craftsmanship was over the top.The craftsmanship of these folks were top notch. Every shingle was layered perfect and well fastened. There was some tricky places that I believe only a true craftsman could have handled and the level of quality was outstanding. Every exposed nail, screw, metal flashing and vent was sealed and then painted to match the roof.I truly believe others should learn from these folks! Red Dirt Roofing just completed our roof and gutters from a recent hail storm and they did fantastic work. Justin is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for his customers. While other roofers in the area are going with builder grade shingles, Justin installs premium materials. Additionally, Justin is great with working with insurance adjusters to get your storm damage covered. Highly recommend them!

My experience having my roof replaced with Red Dirt Roofing was quite a journey. To highlight the positives, I came to Justin when I was needing a new roof for my house that was under contract and soon to be sold. He was competitive on his cash pricing, helped get an insurance adjuster to my house sooner than expected, accommodated my buyer’s color request for shingles, quickly put the new roof on which got us to the closing table on time, and all was completed without me having to pay anything out of pocket.However, the above summarized experience was a journey that took 3+ months to reconcile. Justin’s communication was responsive in a timely manner in the beginning, but after the roof was put on and his payment was completed through my closing process, it became very difficult to get a response from him. The hold up was getting insurance to release the depreciated value for the repairs that were made. While insurance might have contributed to the delay with what seemed like a long processing timeline, Justin would go weeks without answering or returning my calls and texts. I would follow up with him multiple times and still not receive a response. I had to get my realtor involved multiple times (who referred me to him and had used him in the past) and even she had trouble getting a response or for him to take action.While the beginning and end results were what I wanted out of this process, the overall experience was quite frustrating and one I would not want to go through again. I hired Justin April 4th & the roof was completed April 24th. It then took from April 24th until July 18th to settle the payment situation and I contribute a majority of that to Justin’s lack of response. Jeff and Justin were communicative and helpful from start to finish. I was originally going with a different company and had some issues when I got the recommendation to use RDR and I am grateful that I did! I have saved their information and will use them in the future as well as letting all of my neighbors and friends know that they are the best game in town. They did great work at a very fair price.
