Acker Bradbury, specifically Chris, did an amazing job replacing our hail damaged roof. Chris walked us through the insurance/claim process and was there to answer all of our questions. Once the new roof was being installed, Chris was present the entire time. Afterwards, the crew did a great job cleaning up. So happy we went with Acker Bradbury on replacing our roof. Highly recommend!

Had a new roof put on by Acker Bradbury on a residence - did an incredible job - finished in a day and a half...also followed Chris Bradbury's recommendation to put on black gutters to match charcoal GAF shingles. Looks phenominal....Highly recommend Chris and his team.

We used Acker Construction from start to finish on a multi-building office complex. Designing the floor plans with Chris was so simple and he made sure to get things just the way we wanted. If a picture is worth a thousand words, my written review is unnecessary. The photos of my dental office building tell the complete story of what an outstanding job Chris and the Acker Construction team did. From slab pour in early August to Certificate of Occupancy mid-December, Acker Construction dealt with delays from the city, dental equipment requirements, and then rain and more rain. But they delivered!! My building goes beyond a simple dental office; it is more like a work of art!! Chris Acker delivers on the commitments he makes to his customers, and Dalton was always quick to respond to any question, addition or change I requested. Solid Construction, Technical Dental Specifics and Beauty all in one project. This customer is blown away by the results!!

His budget was very accurate and Chris did an excellent job of sticking to it without sacrificing quality or cutting corners. Acker Bradbury Construction has built several projects for Aspen Community Development over the past three years. On the commercial side they built two of our 10,000 sf multi-tenant centers (Shops on Main in Midlothian and North Grove Center II at The Grove in Waxahachie) as well as the Fish City Grill restaurant at The Grove in Waxahachie.On the residential side, they are one of the select builders we chose to help us with our Cottages on Cantrell neighborhood development on the south side of Waxahachie where they built eight cottages, a club house and the community gym.On both the commercial side and the residential side, Acker Bradbury was economically competitive, actively engaged, and extremely professional from beginning to end. Our lease ended at another location and we needed to relocate. Once a space was identified, Dalton and Dillon with Acker Construction constructed a finished space with a very short timeline. I hired Acker Construction to build my new professional office building on the recommendation of a number of other of his customers and seeing other construction projects that they had built. It was the best building experience I have ever had with a building contractor. Chris and his team were extremely helpful in all stages of construction through original site selection, site layout, building the zone, and cost and budget preparation. The construction process went as smoothly as I ever thought possible. I had no problems with communications, getting answers to questions, construction issues resolved, and practical advice and counsel as to every aspect of our building. I called to try to speak with someone about pricing and to get an idea of if i rather build a new home or buy a used one. They said they refuse to talk with anyone that doesn't already own land. I am not going to buy land to compare building versus buying. That's backwards!
