There were several shingles damaged/blown off my roof due to severe storm. I happened to hear a special advertised on KBEC that MOC would provide free roofing service up to $200 so I called. Sure enough, they came out, did all repairs, and since the total was less than $200, it cost me absolutely nothing!! Thank you MOC!!!!!

We called several local companies for quotes, and MOC got back with us quickly, came out to check out the issue we were having with a leaking/cracked dryer vent same day, and fixed it while we were out and about the following weekend. The vent is under warranty with them, and is no longer plastic but a more durable metal. Very responsive and professional.

This is not necessarily a roofing review but is based on my bizarre call and request and the response to my request. So, my husband purchased a new toy, a DRONE he is a complete novice and inexperienced operator. Yesterday he tried it out and got it stuck on our neighbor's roof. After everyone in our neighborhood tried to get it feeling depleted I thought I'll just be desperate enough to call a roofing company to come get it down, a far-fetched idea, I know, but hey, they can only say NO. Well, I called MOC and felt really embarrassed. I spit it out, and Brett was understanding. Although this was minor money or not what his company does, he sent someone over immediately to go on the roof to get the drone down. This says so many things; the main thing is he's trustworthy because he's not in this for the money. He certainly didn't try and overcharge me or take advantage of my situation. As a matter of fact, he didn't charge me at all. I want to thank you on this day when everyone is trying to make up for COVID by overcharging and chasing money. I hope your customers know that you have their best sincere interests in mind.

I had a roof replaced last year by MoC roofing and the did an excellent job. They were punctual and got the job done in a timely manner. We had an issue with a leak and even though it turned out to not be MoC Roofing responsibility, Brett continued to help me identify the issue. Today I contacted Moc Roofing and spoke with Brett. I had a small roof repair that I needed and after being turned down by multiple local roofing repair contractors, didn’t have high hopes that Moc would help me either. Brett however jumped right to it immediately repaired my roof the same day & did a fantastic job! This just doesn’t happen. I was having issues with my insurance company covering a new roof. The first company did not offer to deal with my insurance company! I called Mo C Roofing and spoke with Brett. He was so helpful he came over the same day looked at the roof and told us we did need a new roof. He chalked all the damage on the roof. He dealt with our insurance company! The roof was done in no time. All of the workers were Courteous and they cleaned everything up when they the job was complete . After the winter storm we had I ended up with a leak above my water heater and Brett came out. It was found that when we had a different company install a water heater, they had push the vent up and it was no longer sealed so Brent got up on the roof and got some silicone and sealed it. I called Brett on Monday, his guy came out Wednesday morning. I don't know how his worker climbed from on side of the roof to the other side as steep as our pitch is, but he got it done. He was there when the adjuster came and help me with the claim process and also helped me by getting the city's permit and completing my HOA application. MoC did a great job on our roof! I was in trouble with my neighbor because he apparently works for a roofing company (neighbor fail). My neighbor watched them work and said they did an awesome job on our roof and skylight. Brett was a great guy and easy to work with. Met with us and gave us an estimate we could work with. I found Moc roofing through a google search and I am sure glad I did. I was under the impression I needed a whole new roof. Brett came out inspected the roof promptly. After his inspection he informed that I did not need a whole new roof which was amazing. We need some repairs at an affordable price. He was able to tell me I still had 5 years of life left on my roof. I find this huge because it shows Brett is not in the business of just flaming you need things you don’t. Bret was great! I noticed a few water stains on my ceiling on Friday and Bret came by my house on Saturday morning to assess the problem. He was able to assess the issues in about 10 minutes and assured me the issues were minor. I'm in the process of selling my house so any issue that arises I have to address quickly. They came out on a Saturday and told us what the issue was and said they could come back on Monday and fix it, but found what he needed in his truck and got right back on the roof and fixed the problem. Highly recommend! We were having an issue with water leaking in the chimney. We were not sure if it was a roofing issue or a chimney problem. Brett with MOC Roofing came out and it was a chimney cap issue. With a lot more rain on the way, he was able to tarp the chimney cap until the chimney repair company could get here and prevent further damage inside our home. Very professional, knowledgeable and saved us from potentially a lot more inside water damage. We will be calling MOC Roofing back in the future for all of our roofing needs.

This was not my first choice from 3 companies, but they were the ones that followed up with me and helped with my insurance company who let's say did not work well with others. I used MOC roofing because they got things back on track and got it done. I am so glad I did. I reccomend them very highly.
