USE CAUTION! Up front I asked for a ballpark estimate. Sent a copy of my plans and after many phone calls, text and emails was finally given a price which was competitive with the other 3 estimates I received from other metal roofing outfits. I decide to go with mueller and the sales guy tells me he has to first have one of his guys come out to measure for $170. OK, guy comes out and measures and lets me know the estimate given to me by mueller was for materials only...first time I heard that. So disappointed. Mueller's price 2x the other highest estimate.
