Tres was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We had an 11 year old roof that had developed some leaks. Before proceeding with with any other remodeling, the roof needed replacing. We have a "Dome Home" and after 4 other companies either declined to quote or quoted 2 to three times higher, we found Roofing Restoration Services. This company has performed perfectly in absolutely every way one can measure performance. From assuming the burden of dealing with the underbidding insurance company to picking up the last nails in the yard, their work has been stellar. Their onsite customer liaison representative kept us up to date on progress and issues as they arose during the entire project. Great guy. Very knowledgeable. Like a swarm of bees, the crew was constantly in determined motion right up to the finish. They blew off the dust and debris and loaded up their truck and left and left us with a great new roof and a new fondness for Latin music.Wonderful experience. Thank you so very much!

We called and talked to Tres he came out and looked at our roofs we have our house and my wifes Mother and Father's house and he took care of everything for us they took off the old roofs on both house's and a shed and put on new roof's on both all in one day and clean up their mess everything could not believe they could do all that in ONE DAY We couldn't be more happy with the quality of the job they did for us we highly recommend them to anyone very professional !!!! My roof is beautiful! They also told me my vents were placed poorly, and fixed them. I would recommend them highly, as they are professional, and courteous. Excellent customer service !!! And I wasn't even the customer... They were working on the neighbors house and I had some issues with roofing materials (that affected me) and my home/personal property... The supervisor immediately showed up and went above and beyond to make it right !! It is one thing to do right by your own paying customer but correcting a problem with a non-customer affected by it.. that speaks thousands !!! And I am absolutely impressed with their management team and their handling of issues!!

I would give this company a -5. The worst customer service a company EVER! This company promise to have roof completed back in May. The materials was delivered in June. Now we're in July everyday they have an excuse for not showing up from Driver not having an government issued ID to enter a gated community. How in the world your driver dosen't have a ID. Today, they claimed the guard won't let in....why I did get a call when they was a gate...I didn't get a call until 10:45. The lady on the phone said, they will pick up the materials. How will your guys pick up but can't do the job? Remember the guard won't let them in. I believe this company took more than they can chew at the expense of the customer's roof. I'm in Florida hope the CEO can read this review. I would EVER recommend this company EVER!

Came out and gave a competitive quote. Work was done in a few days without delay. They even came back out a few months later when I thought I had wind damage to the roof. I would use them again. Had the work done in the Dallas area.

Dont use these guys! The warranty they offer is only for 5 years and worse they Do Not transfer if you sell your home to someone else and pricing is about 25% over what it should be.
