Zane was honest, professional, clear, helpful, and on time as communicated. Our roof had shingles flying up, visible from the street. Zane came out the next day after we reached out and personally inspected the roof. He took pictures and explained what was causing the issues and how to best resolve it. Rather than urging us to file an insurance claim or spend thousands on a new roof, he gave his honest professional opinion that our roof needs some slight repair but not extensive replacement. Further, he gave me the name of the color of our shingles so we knew what to look for and placed some weatherproofing on the most vulnerable spaces to ensure we will be water tight through the spring storms over the next few days/weeks until we can get the repairs completed. From his professional approach, honest feedback, and clear communication I can definitely say that we have found our roofing expert for life! Mike and Jason were great to work with. My insurance company originally offered me $5k to fix my roof, gutters and water damage inside the house. Mike and Jason met with a second adjuster and walked the roof and property with them. I ended up with enough money to fix everything. On top of that my roof, gutters and inside look amazing. Working with Stiller was effortless. They met our Ins adjuster and discussed the roof. Walked us through the entire process step by step. Very efficient and careful to run magnet at end of each day to pick up nails so the pup and Grandbabies didn’t step on any. Also, liked the fact that management was here every day overseeing the job. I used Stiller Roofing to replace my roof earlier this year and I would highly recommend them. Mike was professional (as well as his crew) and knowledgeable and didn't try to pressure me to use his company for the job. There was even a snag with my small city's permit department (my city's fault, definitely not Stiller's) and he handled that and was still able to complete my roof in one day. And my roof looks great!

The first thing I noticed was the professionalism. I was shown what was to be done and updated every step of the way. Secondly, what a trustworthy roofing company. Some of our neighbors found ways to get money back but Stiller had no interest in playing that game as it is technically illegal. I appreciated hearing that as most of us have probably heard horror stories regarding bad roofing companies.Our roof looked better than we imagined and they did do a few thins not documented that they could have charged for. Stiller did this because they wanted our roof to be more than 100% "secure" from here on out.Their prices are great. They probably could charge more for all they do but I am thankful for the quality of work we received for the excellent price. We received follow up emails and follow up calls since Stiller replaced our roof.i had to write a recommendation for this fine company. It is the least I could do. I never attach my name to any company or product but if anyone I know has roofing issues in the future I will say Stiller. I am confident they will not let my name or their name down.

After seeing their work on a neighbor's home I decided to call Stiller Roofing after a major hail storm to see if they thought it would make sense for me to have an adjuster from my insurance company come out. Though it appeared fine from the ground, even the insurance adjuster was surprised by the damage, affirming Justin's, the off-duty firefighter who came out to evaluate, observation. The insurance company deemed it a total loss.Justin also made me aware that upgrading to a higher grade roof, which required a couple thousand more dollars out of our pocket, actually qualified us for a significant annual discount with our insurance company, State Farm, that amounts to more than ten thousand over the next ten years. He didn't try to "sell" me on the upgrade, but suggested that I check with the insurance company about it, and sure enough, it's a huge savings.Another upgrade included replacing my old unsightly twirling round vents with ridge vents, which has made a significant difference in the temperature of the attic, not to mention the higher-end look it gives the house.The workers were very skilled, especially on a high pitched roof like ours, courteous, and worked deliberately to ensure that everything was done right.Not only was Justin my highly skilled and knowledgeable sales person, he was also on-sight during throughout the roof replacement, supervising the work. He personally worked to ensure that our landscaping and pool was protected from damage throughout job and worked diligently to ensure that the inevitable debris and roofing nails were picked up each day.As our roof is quite large, the job required almost a week to complete. However, each night before they left, they cleaned up, including blowing off all the surfaces around the home. They also kept the roofing materials and equipment in one tidy location.I would highly recommend Stiller Roofing to anyone looking for quality service and expert help.

We are so very happy with the new roof we went with the Black shingles and they look beautiful! After having hail damage cause a leak in our old roof, Matt was able to help me through the process of filing my claim, and when the insurance company tried to split my claim into two separate claims, he was very informative with me that is not standard business practice. He was able to help me in communicating with them, and solve the problem, even though my insurance company was being very rude and stubborn about the entire ordeal! Matt and his guys were quick to get the roof on as soon as the claim was settled, and it only took about 6-7 hours in one day to complete from start to finish, it was incredible!I felt very uncomfortable dealing with the insurance people, and the claim as a whole, and the contract.. as this is all new to me, but Matt set down with me and was able to easily explain anything I had questions about.. which in the end made me feel at ease with it all.. Now the new roof is on, and I couldn't be happier with my experience with Stiller Roofing, especially after how they helped me handle the insurance company trying to make me pay two deductibles on what should have been one claim from the get go.Thanks Matt and Stiller Roofing you da man!

Michael Stiller is a very professional young business man right here in our little Gingerbread City of Waxahachie. I believe it is important to shop and supoort business locally, so when he was referred we set up an appointment for the "meet and greet". What a great feel from the handshake. After assessing the damages to our roof; we were assured that he would handle the job and even met with our insurance adjuster to insure that we were credited for the damages. He along with Justin and the entire crew are professional from the "Stiller brand" T-shirts and hats, warranty, invoices and business cards and most importantly, the work they deliver. Stiller Roofing is immaculate in appearance and impressive with their work. Arrival time was prompt, clean up was "exceptional." They were very conscientious to cover plants and drives with tarps. Roofing nails can be a definite hazard, but we seriously only found maybe 6? My husband is an aircraft mechanic, "retired" and knows all about "FOD" so he was very impressed. Our roof is beautiful, it is a limestone multi in color and so awesomely compliments the limestone brick of our home, the sun hits it and it just "POPS!" We love it! Had hail damage last Spring. They came out, inspected roof and said we had enough damage to replace. Zane even met the adjuster in case there were any issues during his inspection. Roof totaled. This company should be re-named Steller Roofing! They are TRULY AMAZING! I had received a referrel through my Nextdoor app. After expressing my concerns, they went above, and beyond in not only customer service, extreme integrity, as well as professionalism. Previous to them, my quote superceded my deductible, and would've taken 2 weeks out to start, and just yesterday, this company completed the job, at the time of the assessment, and patched the problem, making it like new again! They have given new reason to pray for hail! No lie, even after they reassured me that my roof was in fine shape, they made me want to use them for an entire new roof! First class from start to finish. Worked with my insurance company to get proper adjustment. Crew worked very hard on the job and picked up after themselves daily as well as when the job was complete. I have yet to find a leftover nail on the ground. New roof was a major improvement to our home and these guys were easy to work with to make this happen.
