Sadly, we really liked Mr. Pinkerton and waited months upon months for our metal roof to arrive. We called, texted, and were left hanging with him seeming to have gone MIA altogether. When we finally got a roof through another company the cost of metal had gone up 3x. I am only leaving a review bc I was prompted via an email to do so. That said, the work I’ve seen on other homes with Mr. Pinkerton’s work look lovely, which is why we sought him out.

called to ask a couple of question and the lady that answer the phone was rude and disconnected the call. That just let alone talks about the company cause the person that does the receptions is always the front phase of the company I can only image what the management is like then.

Distinctive roofing replaced my roof a few years ago after a hail storm. They were very knowledgeable and informative and had a crew out very quickly to replace the roof. One thing that I really appreciated about their service was how well they cleaned up, I didn't find one nail or any scrap left in my yard. I will definitely use them again.

This company installed our roof on Lake Worth Lake with a brand new build in 2013/2014. Since then, we have had 4 roof leaks, 2 of which we have had to fix ourselves and 2 of which are still not fixed. We have called, emailed and texted multiple times over the last 2 years and specifically within the last 2 months after Bill Pinkerton came to review the issue in January and never followed up. Twice he has been out here and stated there are some issues with how it was installed and yet we have never heard back on an estimate and/or made any efforts to follow up with us. I would never recommend this company and we will be paying out of pocket to get this fixed on a metal roof that is barely 6 years old.
