I received an estimate Jimmy's Seamless Gutters to install new gutters on part of my house and add leaf guards to new and existing gutters. They failed to show up on the scheduled installation date and didn't have the courtesy to call to let me know they would not make it. I called the following day and got an apology and a reschedule date. Again, they did not show up or call. I called a 3rd time and received more apologies and a 3rd reschedule date. Again, they did not show up or call. I would not recommend doing business with this company because they are unreliable and don't have the courtesy to follow-up when they are behind schedule.

Can't say enough good things about Jimmy and his business. He came out to do a complimentary quote the same day we called him, offered great ideas (like using 6 inch gutters-which look phenomenal) to avoid drains where we didn't want them, he was available the week later, finished the job in one day except for ordering custom drains that fit around the curvature of the piece in between our stone and stucco (so that it would look amazing, as it does) and he also made me flower boxes for under my windows out of the same material (about 1/10th of the price it would have cost to buy such large ones) and came back to finish those things up two days later when the ordered pieces came in. He was very informative and it was neat to watch him make the gutters! I would refer him to anyone looking for gutters as he is a stand-up guy that is extremely nice and his prices are extremely reasonable. Never knew I would be so excited about gutters. I am so glad we went with the 6 inch, it looks like crown molding, I love them. He also texted me pictures after he finished! Thanks Jimmy, you do awesome work and I wish you much success!

Bottom Line: Did a Great Job!Summary: Builder installed one section of gutter incorrectly which caused a lot of damage to my study. I was referred to Jimmy's Seamless Gutters by Lowes since my job was too small for Lowes to do. Jimmy's was kind enough to take a look, and agreed to fix my problem.I appreciated their efforts, and I feel a lot better knowing that they do indeed stand behind their work, and are professional in the manner in which they conduct their business.

I’ve called and called this company. They did a couple of houses for me and the work was very poor. They re-used damaged downspouts, cut the gutters too short. And never return phone calls.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Not a reliable business. Was scheduled to show up, but never showed up, so I call and reschedule for next day, and no show again. I called and left voicemail but no call back. Called several times with voicemail but nobody called me back. Don't even bother with them.
