I highly recommend Mid Cities Roofing Inc. if you need a new roof or just repairs. Trey was so helpful throughout the entire claim process. He even coordinated with the inspector to make sure he was here when they came out to inspect the roof. He communicated with my insurance company as well. He was extremely patient with me deciding which shingles I wanted to go back with, and he suggested solar vents as well. He was always extremely polite and responded promptly. His team did great work and they finished the job in one day. Trey and Mason did some repair work for me on some other structures as well. I am very grateful for a pleasurable experience.

The last big ice storm we had caused a neighbor’s tree branch to snap and hit both our roofs and crash through our large, custom, 9 x 9 foot window. Beau was awesome in helping us assess our damage and repair our window! Trey and his team were great. I didn’t realize that my roof was in bad shape until my home owners insurance contacted me. Unfortunately I missed their initial letter. I was left with less than a month to file a claim, find a company and get the work done. I had used Mid-City 10-12 years ago and they did not disappoint. The job was done efficiently and looks great. My eyes glaze over when discussing financial matters. Trey went over everything until he was sure I knew all the details.

After a major storm I had a tree collapse on my roof causing major damage. I called Mid Cities and Trey Wagoner came out that day, examined it and also took drone shots. He arranged for the tree removal and worked with the insurance adjuster to ensure that I got the full roof replacement. Mid Cities Roofing is more than just a Roofing Company. They replaced the siding on one side of my house that was damaged from a huge hailstorm. My home is over 20 years old, and I thought matching the siding would be almost impossible, but Trey Wagoner did an awesome job in finding a color that is so close to the original color, I think I'm the only one that can tell it is different. The workmanship was top notch, and I hardly noticed the workers all day. They also replaced all 10 of my support posts for my back porch. The cleanup was suburb, every screw, old material and damaged siding was removed. Trey Wagoner was extremely helpful throughout this process; he even took the time to talk with my insurance company, not that my insurance company was very helpful, but it was very comforting to know that Trey was willing to go to bat for me to get me the most paid coverage he could. I have recommended Trey and Mid Cities to several of my friends that need roofing estimates and will definitely keep Trey's card for any future needs.

Had a rude awakening yesterday morning. Someone (or thing) wet my dog's bed. It was not my dog. There was a bulging, dripping pocket of water hanging from the ceiling! Mr. Trey came out IMMEDIATELY for a roof inspection. Not only did he inspect my roof but, he put a temporary patch on the verified hole in my roof. This is greatly appreciated because there is a 90% chance of rain today! This is pre-game service, I'm looking forward to my new roof!

awesome service and a reasonable price! Recent hail storm blew the top off of one of my vents. I talked to Beau and he had a crew out on the same day that he came to look at it. Repair was done really quickly and with better quality hardware than what the builder had originally put on my house. The Mid Cities team was great to work with. They were here by noon the day after a major storm rolled through town at 80+ MPH winds and tarped a half dozen sections of my roof to prevent leaking. Unfortunately we needed to replace the whole roof due to years of hail and wind damage. Trey was a good communicator and helped me through the process with my insurance company where they replaced our roof, gutters, a light and fixed a poorly installed pergola which was anchored to our house improperly. They were done in 3 days with all this and we couldn't be happier. All the workers were courteous and perfect gentlemen.
