Awesome service .. worked with Mike for over a year as Allstate denied my full claim for my roof. I ended up just paying for the roof .. received a great estimate from Mike and team..installed with zero issues ..new vents .. no leaks .. nothing has gone wrong... been nearly 6 months and I have no problems . Context:1. I grew up working summers roofing houses/buildings – so I know a thing or two.2. We are retired, drawing off social security, pensions, savings to pay the bills.To prepare for retirement, we made the decision to re-roof as the roof was 20 years old and near the end of its life. We committed $45K from retirement savings to the project which included our shop.Of the three roofing firms we brought to bid on the work, Mike Cummings, M&M Roofing, was the ONLY one who identified hail damage and recommended we first file a claim. When the insurance adjuster arrived, Mike was there to ensure that the adjuster saw the damage. My insurance company fully funded the $45K and, thus, we did not have to draw from our savings.Mike also spent hours with me as we discussed materials and process. The process had not changed; however, the materials had improved. He committed to the newest materials. He also stated that we did not have enough attic ventilation (ridge vents) to support getting a full warranty from the shingle manufacturer.Mike’s crew were the most professional, meticulous, quality conscious, and skilled roofers I have ever known. My father, a contractor, was a perfectionist who demanded quality – so I have an eye for excellence and proper work. My father would have approved of Mike’s crew.Roof replacement is a dirty and trashy task. Everyone fears the nails left behind. I am sure my mower may one day find a nail; HOWEVER, it would not be because of effort. The crew tarped beneath every roof line as they removed the old roof and followed up running a magnet and “walking the line” (I am a Vet – vets will know exactly what I am saying) attempting to remove every nail. They followed up the new roof by blowing off the loose gravel on the roof and sweeping up anything left behind on the hard surfaces.Mike and Mike Roofing will OUT CARE their competition.FRANKLY, YOU WOULD BE STUPID NOT TO ENGAGE THEM FOR YOU NEXT ROOF PROJECT.

Mike and Mike Roofing came by and gave me a quote for a leak in my roof. Instead of trying to up sell getting a new roof, he was honest and explained what needed to be fixed, and that he would be happy to fix it the very next day! Some roofers try to overcharge and replace a large section for a small leak, but he was punctual, honest and gave me a recommendation that wasn't trying to make me replace my entire roof. Mike and Mike Roofing replaced the roof over my garage, it looks great! It wasn't until they started working that they realized the damage was a lot worse than we all thought it was, but they stayed late and made sure the job was done right. Even though a family member was at the house while the work was being done they kept me updated by sending me pictures so I could see how it was going. They were very polite and showed up on time. I've been an Allstate customer for 19 years but had a roof claim denied in the past (after a hail storm). Recently, Mike & Mike inspected my roof, told me I had damage and suggested I have the adjuster call them. They handled everything, I just told the adjuster to "talk to my roofer". They really made getting my new roof effortless. My advice is, don't try to deal with the adjuster yourself - let Mike & Mike handle it for you. They know how insurance companies work and they know the roofing business, so they'll make sure you get everything you deserve. I'm very satisfied with my new roof!

Awesome company, they are rising the standard of service in the roofing industry. They installed good quality shingles and ridge vents. In doing so they reduced my electric bill by 150 dollars a month. That roof has paid for its self 5 times over.

We had wind damage from strong winds last weekend. Some shingles had come loose and others blown off. Their crew came out, evaluated and repaired our 2 story roof. After a tree trimmer damaged my roof, they inspected and said I only needed one shingle replaced. They fixed it on the spot and didn't even charge me for it! I would recommend them to anyone who wants an honest contractor.

Hello peps, I'm a Disabled American Veteran/United States MARINE and this past storm caused damage here in my Fortworth, Tx. home. Mr. Mike came to our home and gave us an estimate with written and verbal promises. It took a while with our shady insurance company (State Farm) to complete claim. That was months ago and still waiting to get work completed.Their company has been paid in full but work not completed for lack of funds, they should be taking it up with the insurance company themselves, not punishing me and my family with uncompleted work. They said "I could climbed a scaffold there're placing in my home with 20 foot ceiling and replace a ceiling fan, he promised could be done by them" WOW, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Ohhh and I forgot about windows that where part of claim... I THOUGHT I REVAMPED THIS POSTING MIKE AND MIKE ROOFING ENDED UP DOING AN AWESOME JOB ON MY ROOF CEILING AND EVEN LIGHT FIXTURE!!! JUST STILL WAITING TO GET BROKEN WINDOWS REPLACED? NOT YET 5 STARS
