So pleased with every step of the process from 1st to last conciliation with owner of Orange Elephant Roofing. The clean up was excellent compared to other companies that left nails by the gallons. The past roofing companies left all the layers of cover that goes under the shingles but Orange Elephant took my roof back to the wood like it should have been done for each new roof replacement. I also got a higher grade shingles that will last me for years. Ashley and James went above and beyond for us. They worked diligently with our insurance company and our mortgage company to make sure we got exactly what we needed. Which was not an easy task with the 2 companies that had to work with. They were patient with us and explained the process thoroughly. While our roof was being replaced, James checked on it multiple times all 3 days. The gentleman that did our new gutters was wonderful as well. The whole process was painless. I've never had a roofer who did such a awesome job of clean up. As they went and went they were done. Our new roof is the best looking one in the whole neighbor hood, thanks to Orange Elephant Roofing & Construction. I would highly recommend them to everyone. It's such a pleasure to work with a decent and honest company.

Orange Elephant Roofing went the extra mile to make sure everything was done to top quality for my roof. There was 3 layers of felt that was on the roof from other times it had been re-roofed and other companies didn't take the time to take the felt off and because OER took the time to do that they found a whole in the roof. They fixed it free of charge for me. I would highly recommend working with them!

Great company with a great reputation and it has been well earned. I had a repair job done about a year and a half ago. Contractor said if you ever have any problems in that area call us. During heavy rains I did have a problem I called - they were very responsive. It turned out there was a problem but in another area away from where they did the repairs. Ashley and Jake to advantage of my 80 year elderly mother. They did my home, which all I needed was replace roof from hail damage. This was my first roofing experience. So, I referred them to do my mother’s roofing and inside painting, wall and ceiling board replacement from roof leaks. They did the roof first and they hire men who had done shoddy work with flashing all round corner where cracked and not flushed with roof boarder. I asked them to replace the flashing- but, Jake and Ashley, said it would cost too much to do that. So their resolution was to put up drainage spouts. I wanted it replaced- because of future water damage possibility... so they talked my mother into getting those put up to hide flashing. I questioned around the chimney on roof... I said that does not look completed. You should’ve had something from around bottom to protect water from getting in. He said, it’s on the inside. Well, I said, why is there such a 12 in vertical cut on a corner. He told me not to worry about it. He never fixed. Moreover, the inside work was done from a one man crew... he had his work cut out for him all by him self... it was done shoddy and I had to fix and repair in numerous places. He had not moved my mother’s furniture, light fixtures and other items and things were damage. Repairs to wall and ceiling were coming apart... I asked the Hispanic man how much he was getting paid and he said $2000. My mother’s insurance was paying them $13,000They never came to complete or fix inside issues. So, Ashley and I had settled for $ 7000 in damages and incompleted work/ or not movement of furniture and fixtures. So, my mother told them she was going to the bank and took out)10,000 and was robbed in her car at Walmart Weatherford coming from first convenience bank... I don’t know why she was going to pay them in cash. I told her to get a bank check. I told them about robbery. I told them we will try to get them money and it would take a while for me to get that amount. My mom’s health started to fail and had to live in with me a year later. I had to sell her home. I contacted Ashley to let her know that we could get her that money of $7000 so confirmed in email and after she found out. She wanted $13,000 instead. So we said that was not right... Ashley sent title company an amount of 16,800 of which they were not due. Shame on you... I hope this heinous act comes back to you. And I want my mom’s $3800 that was over paid to tittle company. I can’t say that you were involved in the robbery or it was just a coincidence. But you owe my mother more than $3000 you didn’t do the work, destroyed property and you took advantage of of us. Don’t hire this company. Please 🙏🏼 They are in the wrong. I’m glad for the ones who had work done right and was treated good. I wish that was us.Boycott this orange elephant roofing company
