Been doing business with Phillips Welding Supply for over 20 years, I like the fact that most of their steel building components are under cover so my customers have clean new looking metal at a fair price, definitely the cheapest steel in town with the best quality.

Walking in cold, the folks there were patient and helpful. The guys in the warehouse that got everything ready were friendly and helpful and assured the steel was loaded properly.Highly recommend this place!!!

Terrible customer service. Their knowledge on pipe is non existent. The manager told me there is no such thing as seamless pipe. Ha Been buying seamless for 10 years out of Houston and these guys never heard of it. They won't take payment over the phone when you have a driver in their yard needing to get out fast. They want you to drive an hour and pay in person. Our company has been taking credit card over the phone for years and we have never had an issue. My brothers company spends thousands a month with them and they treat his guys like they don't exist. Next time I'm in a bind I will just buy from a competitor even they would treat us better. Lol. Lowery's Wholesale in Paradise TX is worth the drive for sure. They were just out of stock for what I needed today so had to try these jack wagons one more time but never again.

Been using Phillips Welding Supply for many years for both my welding consumables and there metal for our jobs they have always been very helpful at the counter and usually pretty quick to get us loaded and gone in the yard this company dose experience heavy customer traffic especially in the early mornings so wait times are to be expected we will continue to do business here as they are always very friendly helpful and a one stop shop always have what we need at a good price

Products are good, but service is very bad. Sat in my truck fir 15 minutes many times as workers sat around and gabbed. Today I could not get a counterman when I called in .... 3 times. Not the best management I have ever seen .... always been that way there.

Never been to a welding supply that didn't have a shear. The office is great. The shop on the other hand are rude, lazy ,slow, and unprofessional. I loaded my own steel rather than wait on help.

There are many options in Parker County to get your steel and building needs from and I had chosen to use Phillips for all my needs in last 13 years. After today, I will be choosing another supplier to spend my hard earned $$$ with as Manager (Phil) more worried about his $60 delivery fee and return fees rather than keeping the customer that has spent thousands of $$$ over my 13 years in Weatherford.

I've been using this welding supply for a while now. And was referring to Phillip's by a friend who has passed away since.. I brought a 125cf bottle of 75/25 to swap for a little larger bottle (150cf) they wanted 75 dollars PLUS content fee which is 35-45 dollars I thought that was a little on the high side they said and I quote "125cf is a oddball size and it will just sit and collect dust so we have to make money on the upsize" so I decided to call and check someone else's price the guy said to hurry because he was going to get yelled at as suspected the other place wanted 30 dollars for the upsize they just rubbed me the wrong way and they lost me as a customer ...I was there 15 minutes before closing time which I understand is cutting it close but to tell someone to hurry is rude when that someone is potentially spending money with you !
