RE: emergency service. After several attempts of trying to find the water source that had damaged our floors, we called Premier Restoration & Construction. Their representative came out the same day we called and within a couple of days their crew was able to detect the leak source. During the repair and cleaning process, Premier's staff were efficient, professional and kept us informed of their progress. We would recommend Premier. We have a white Longhorn Steer mount that turned grey due to soot damage from a gas log fireplace. I contacted many companies to clean him and no one wanted to take on the task. My insurance agent found Premier Restoration and Connor agreed to help. Although, Connor said there were no guarantees he would try. They delivered the Longhorn Steer this morning and he looks beautiful! A huge thank you to Connor and crew for your help in restoring "Bandito" back to his old self. Premier Restoration showed up on Christmas Day and did an amazing job after we had a water pipe broke and the ceilings came down. They were very busy but allocated a crew and manager to our job for 3 straight days and more time until the job was completed to our satisfaction. They were very professional and put in the long hours when we were in a dire situation. They documented everything from water readings and pictures for the insurance claims. We were very fortunate to locate PRC when other mitigation companies were non responsive.
