David does great work and the people he uses are courteous, professional and efficient. We had a trip planned and let him know we needed the work to be done by then and he not only exceeded our expectations by finishing a week before but also did so in terms of quality. My wife was the primary point of contact and he was responsive/professional. He used Celso (paintier) Garcia and Nancy (gutters) and they were both great as well. We’ve had quite a bit of work done to the home (w/other contractors) and he’s by far the best we’ve come across. We got a new pergola & patio and are quite happy w/everything. Highly recommend David, responds to texts (anytime) and receptive to your needs/concerns. He and Marco even offered modified a design for the patio (which we loved). Will be using him again for any future work, very friendly crew as well. Highly recommended!!

We contracted McBride Construction to build us a half open/ half screened in patio and section of fence. David and his crews were responsive and professional. Construction began ahead of schedule AND finished ahead of schedule, even our last minute request to replace a leaning section of fence (which was totally separate from our initially proposed work scope). We hired McBride Construction to replace an old sunroom installed 27 years ago. The sunroom was experiencing small leaks which were nearly impossible to locate. At first, we considered having the old sunroom replaced with a traditional roof and enclosed structure built with studs, dry wall, windows, and exterior siding. David McBride proposed using a prefabricated structure similar to the first installation. The roof and structure were provided by a company called Town and Country and the windows were Simonton both which are represented by McBride Construction. This proposed installation was significantly more economical and faster to install than a site build project.David and his crew were very professional and reliable. The cost of installation was per the original proposal with no change orders. The demolition of the old structure was completed in one day and all debris was removed the next day. The construction went per plan and any remaining materials after the job were promptly taken off site. The workers were very courteous and efficient. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day. Clean up was performed at the end of every day. The quality of the materials was much better than the materials used in the original sunroom and the insulation was much better due to the sunroom materials and the double paned, argon-filled windows. The old air conditioning unit was also replaced with a quieter, more efficient unit. The quality of the installation was also exceptional.We were highly pleased with the end result and wish we would have done this job sooner. We highly recommend McBride Construction for any new or replacement patio or sunroom project. They truly did an outstanding job.

McBride Construction build a covered patio on the back of our house. Awesome job is all we can say. From dealing with David, to all of his workers, it was a great experience! David made some recommendations that will really add value to our house with this project. The crew that build the frame did a great job and were easy to talk to while they did the work. The electrician crew made some recommendations that made sense and were glad we listened as that part turned out better than we expected. The concrete guys did a good job as well as the roofer. Overall, the work proceeded as we expected, and everybody showed up when they were supposed to be there. We would definitely hire McBride again in the future with no qualms at all. Great job David! I reached out to McBride Construction and set up a time to have someone come out and look at building a complex patio cover on my home. I was told by others what I wanted couldn't be done until David came out. From the minute he showed up I felt relieved that someone could understand what I wanted and was up to the challenge. He and his team quickly made a plan and off we went! THE TEAM... Oh the amazing, clean, respectful, smart and CLEAN (I know I said it) team that David works with. I have never seen a crew that cleans up after themselves like them. EVERYONE that came by the house during the process said something about how clean it was even with the back of my house ripped off. The crew would stop working and step out of the gate whenever my wife needed to let the dogs out and that was huge for us. The electrician that works with David was top notch and was helpful on how to achieve what I wanted to do. Between the permits, HOA approvals and all the work being done David always answered the phone (not the norm from contractors). To anyone thinking about doing a patio do yourself a favor and call David, you will not be disappointed you did.

We are so happy with our patio cover! David and his crew were professional, dependable, and did an outstand job. Our neighbors used them and we loved what we saw. We have a huge slab of cement (19 x 22) so our cover is pretty big. We thought his price was very reasonable and the workmanship was exceptional. His crew does BEAUTIFUL work. They also installed 6 can lights and 2 fans and painted everything, including the house. My hairdresser saw my pictures and hired David as well. Don't just mention how much my family has enjoyed our back house patio since David McBride Construction team built it last summer. Although we are satisfied, an issue with TWIA renewal came out recently. I first worried that David would not take care of it since it's been built for a while. To my surprise, he said without hesitate that he would take care of it. He promptly contacted the engineer and made some reinforcements based on the engineer’s suggestion. It seems to me unnecessary, though. It took quite a lot of time and effort for David team to finish all of the requirements. The inspection went through finally. David and his team are the guys you can trust. Great business rooted in the great personality of the leader and devoted professionalism. I highly recommend McBride Construction to my colleagues and friends in surrounding communities.

David and team built for us a large concrete patio with custom stamped overlay and a custom wood-framed patio cover with tongue and groove wood ceiling. Also to fix a problem with our balcony, they basically had to tear it down and re-build it. All the work was done efficiently and with care.
