I’ve never been one to post reviews… but didn’t want to pass up the opportunity to praise South Texas Roofing for a job well done. They are a first class operation. From the initial phone call… to Jesse's inspection… Jesse even made a courtesy notice before proceeding with the process and notify me that due to weather conditons approaching in the next couples of days he would have to wait for the weather to pass. Luckily Jesse was keeping track because I hadn’t been keeping with the weather forecast, thanks to his awareness and not only thinking about making money from the customer. The new roof being installed just one week after the weather passed. Each and every interaction was first class.Jesse— and his staff employees — were so professional, personable and most importantly… honest! The roofing proposal was so nicely presented. The quote contained details of the cost, the materials to be used and the warranty information, as well as South Texas Roofing’s insurance certificate. So professional! South Texas Roofing even went the extra mile of replacing some woodwork that needed replacement. I wad so pleased with there work and Jesse’s humbleness/honesty of his work. That my sister plans to get his services in the coming months. Neighbors even asked about there work and provided the referral information.
