Clean Cut roofing did a great job for our roof. They are punctual ( and you don't see that often) and got our roof replaced in a couple of days. We are especially pleased with their customer service. We have a rep assigned to our account, so we don't have to talk to a new person with every phone call. In our case we got Kris-very knowledgeable and professional gentleman. We were able to contact him and gotten reply back promptly (again, not something that you see often). Brooke, the secretary who initially took our call, was helpful and kind in telling us what we need to know.We chose this company over another that offered a lower price because of customer service and better warranty. With the experience we had, we recommend clean Cut to anyone who ask.

Guy Stilwell with Clean Cut Roofing came and gave us an estimate for a roof replacement. He was professional, prompt and courteous. He took a long time and patiently explained the different aspects of the process involved and showed pictures of the examination of our roof. I have worked with Joshua at Clean Cut Roofing over the last couple of months to sort through options with my roof. I have a foam insulation on the bottom side of our roof deck - and learned that asphalt shingles to not fair well with this situation. In June if 2023 our house was damaged when a tree crashed into our roof. When we called Clean Cut Josh and Matt responded in a timely manner and put a repair plan in motion. Our roof was quickly and expertly repaired. After a supply chain delay our window was also repaired.We were so impressed with the quality of the repairs that we contracted for additional repairs. We have replaced an outside door, patio door, all of our windows, floors, and gutters.We have been extremely pleased with the quality of all of these repairs and all the workers responsible for that quality.We want to recognize the roofing crew, and Isaiah, Victor, Cameron, Troy, Jake, and Chico. I was at the lowest of lows this past June after a storm in our area came thru. We had about twenty trees down and two of them were on our forever home and the 3 room cottage my parents were living in. Out of 3 companies that gave us bids for repairs, Clean Cut sent us Jim Wilford and he walked the destruction and was the most professional. I trusted him because he was so patient while I waited for the insurance company to settle what we claimed. He didn’t bug me about if we received an answer on our claim. And then we did get a check and he got to work. We have just about finished all the projects to put us back together and Jim has taken great care of us. He has been able to work his crews around us even during the holidays! So glad we signed up to let Clean Cut and Jim repair our homes.

I can't say enough nice things about Joshua Roche, I've dealt with him twice on two different houses and he has been delightful. Billy and his crew did a great job from start to finish on my mother's new roof. He responded quickly when I called him about storm damage. The wait time was short and they removed the old and installed the new all in the same day. New gutters were installed the next day. The crew did a wonderful job cleaning up. Customer Service was top notch. If your home was hit with hail or strong winds, give Billy Terry a call to have him check for any possible roof damage, or if you just need a trustful inspection.

Tyler came out to the residence. He was on time and very polite. He went over my roof with a fine tooth comb and found a couple Minot issues and repaired them on the spot! They did not even charge me for it. Definitely recommend Clean Cut Roofing and Tyler. Will be my go to when we do have serious problems.

These guys were great, had them remove fireplace chimneys below roof line that are no longer in use on a duplex. They got it ready for winter so I can relax a bit from more water damage that had already occurred. Come spring will have them come in to replace roof as I gather the funds to make happen. Again appreciated all they did. Great team of guys! I just noticed that this review was never posted at the time it was written. I guess I forgot to hit post. That being said I can complete it now. After the first work was done I had them come back a few months later to put on a new roof and gutters. Did a beautiful job, professional, courteous, everyone I dealt with were great. I've been in the construction trade and appreciate a company that comes in and takes care of business while leaving the place spotless when there done. I chose them from the reviews being I'm new to the area and there appears to be a lot of roofers in the area. Trust the reviews they get. Don't hesitate to give them a ring if looking to have your roof repaired or replaced. You'll be a happy camper!
