AmVet recently replaced the roof on my house after it was damaged by hail. I was in the middle of selling my house and under a tight timetable. They went above and beyond and helped me meet my deadlines. Justin Polito was amazing to work with and was incredibly responsive, friendly, and polite. Justin helped me navigate the insurance claims process and understand the estimates and scope of work. Justin sent me timely updates about the status of the job, including photos of their progress. Their team was able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Most importantly, they did a quality job. They even trimmed the trees that were touching the roof so I didn't have to hire a separate tree care company. The team cleaned up the job site well (which was much appreciated when I went to mow the yard following the job...no stray nails :) ). Would definitely recommend AmVet and would use their services again in the future.Service: Roof installation

AmVet roofing replaced our roof. From the start of our search for a roofer on Anji, to the finished build AmVet Roofing has been an outstanding company to work with. Ashton Laferney answered the call to help us. Our initial meeting took place at our home. Ashton listened to our needs, he explained what options were available, an estimated time frame for the job, and he was completely informed about how our insurance works. When it was time to schedule the job, a date range was set (weather permitting) and the job was started and finished in one day. The roofing crew started in the morning and they were finished by early evening. Old satellite dishes were removed, old heater stacks, and the old style rotating vent "spinners" were removed and the deck closed. One sheet of plywood was needed for a section of deck that was rotting from water damage. Ashton called me and asked about my preference in leaving it or replacing the rotten section. New flashing was installed and sealed at the chimney. A new ridge vent was installed into the roof for better ventilation. The work crew was very attentive to details. They were polite and answered our questions during the job. Cleanup was very detailed (using tarps on the ground and several magnetic nail bars. When I walked the outside of the house I only found a few nails hiding in the grass. Two final inspections were done, one by Ashton and one by Anthony the owner of AmVet roofing. I really can't say anything negative about AmVet roofing and their commitment to service, details, and positive can do attitude. Very happy with the outcome of the roof, and will be happy to keep the yard sign up for others to see the results of the jobService: Roof installation

Very pleased. The representatives were extremely polite and professional in explaining what would be done and communicating with the insurance co. The workers did excellent work and very fast. Amet Roofing went out of there way on our home reroofing situation. From the sales manager Ashton LaFernay who would keep me posted of the material arrival and installation start day and Tomas Tapia the installation project manager on site who's crew was first class on quality, clean-up and very conscientious about not damaging landscaping and other property. These comments are not from a typical homeowner I have an extensive commercial construction background as a project superintendent/project manager and these guys are first class. Ashton came out and inspected our roof after a bad hail storm. He helped me out big time by uploading all of the pictures to my insurance. I didn’t have to do anything but file the claim. After that, Justin and his crew got the ball rolling and we picked out shingles. I never had to call them to find out the time table. They were in contact via email every step of the way. They contacted me the week they got the materials, and the day before to let me know they were dropping supplies. The crew showed up early and had the old roof stripped off before 9am. They knocked it all out in a half of a day, and clean up was spotless. When they were done, they immediately sent me drone photos of the entire roof. They even trimmed a tree that was hanging over my roof at no extra cost. I will be using them for my gutters and window flashing next week. I have read these reviews for this company and honestly can not believe that anyone has something nice to say. I've been attempting to get a leak fixed on a new roof for months. Phone calls go unanswered, messages are not returned and mailing letters..well they don't get opened. I know this because I visited their office today. The address listed in Whitehouse, Tx is not even their office. My letters were sitting on a table next to the front door of their "current listed address". All of this sure makes it look like a SCAM!
