We signed a contract with the information that our gate was locked and would need notification of service either day of or a few days before so we could unlock our gates.This minimal communication was too much for this company. The first service for our septic they didn't call prior, even though the owner saw the note on our account. He was rude on the phone. I told him I would leave it unlocked the next day for him. He said he would call. Never did. Never came and service our septic. We have cameras and know he never even stepped foot on our property and never tried to call again. When I tried calling back he never answered.Now it's 2 months later and I received a check refund for our contract and this letter.Thanks to this companies unprofessional conduct and inability to uphold a simple contract we are behind on service.Find yourself a reliable trustworthy company and avoid this one.Thank god we never had anything go wrong and need them for a repair, I'm sure this was a bullet worth dodging.
