Discovered a huge crack in slab when they started tearing off floor after our kitchen fire. Falls Foundation gave us more than a fair estimate and was able to get right on the job, so it didn’t delay restoration getting started! There attention to all the small details is fantastic. the cracks in outside brick (made windows almost fall out of the walls and rooms have more cracks). When brought up the work wasn't fixing things, crew became agitated and short with home owners saying they know what they are doing. Holes in the foundation inside the house were only quickly filled with soil and topped with cement that was not flattened or smoothed down. 3 doors (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) could not close after hallway work and outside of house work was complete. When home owner brought up these issues owner was talked down too. Owners did not pay full amount for work due to needing to buy air purifiers, house cleaning, and vent cleaning as hallway work was right beside air intakes of AC/Heat and the vents were never covered. When owner tried to validate these issues with company owner was ignored and told via text it would seem this is just being pushed under the table. Months later, house has shifted to where garage is sitting hanging over an inch off the foundation, crack running through garage and drive way, and all outdoor cracks and indoor cracks are worse.

Do yourself a favor and find another foundation company. After buying an older home to renovate, we hired Garrett and Mike to do the foundation, first. Just a few weeks after repairs, the house began to shift so aggressively, sections of flooring began to sag or rise as much as 3/8" per foot. All renovations had to be postponed until the foundation was properly fixed. After 2 different attempts to fix their mistakes, the house is in major trouble. Each attempt lead to more cracks in the walls and ceiling and several broken windows, as the results of sagging load bearing walls. It's been 9 months and still can not get these guys to honor their "guaranteed work"!

About 2 years ago these guy did my Foundation pier and beam. just recently i asked them ro come out and check a concern i had about some settling.they came out happily and made a few minor adjustments at no cost.they totally honor their warranty.i totally recommend these guys.
