I totally recommend this company. They were all very nice and helpful with their service as there were different staff (departments) that had to come to our home. A special shout out to Matthew Ray as he made sure he kept me in the loop and took care of all my questions I had. Dealing with insurance and other people can be difficult but he made sure it was as smooth as possible. Thank you for getting my garage back to new. They made a devastating time easier to deal with!

We woke to a flooded house on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend. After calling my insurance company, I called ServPro. Right away, Lindsey got hold of someone to come to the house and called back with an ETA. Dusty was here in less than an hour and he and Jason worked all day to remove the water and everything drying out. They were professional, answered all our questions, and listened to all our concerns. Dusty explained everything they were doing and documented the damage for insurance purposes. When Thaddeus came out for our final inspection, he was a thorough and professional as the others. I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend them. SERVPRO came out to our house after the most recent hail storm. They showed up early, which was a good thing, since we had water leaking in through our ceiling. The first day they were at the house for about 45 minutes getting everything sealed off and set up. They returned everyday to check the progress. The third day they showed up to take samples with extremely minimal damage (two small pen sized holes in the ceiling). Area was dry at that point so they took the equipment down. He’s been very professional and has jumped through so many obstacles to get my bathrooms done correctly. We live on base housing and the company that owns the housing didn’t rid anything right and have been trying to get him to do things incorrectly. He’s sticking to his integrity and has been honest with me from the beginning. I really appreciate that.
