There's so much to choose from here, the store is huge and so many options. It's my husbands favourite store for all the bits and bobs he needs to get our home improvements done. It's awesome and I love going for the great prices.We have an account also and it's well worth it.Definitely recommend it.

As a small business owner, Home Depot always gets my business. There app is usually spot on with what they have in stock. I've only had one or two instances where an employee was not helpful finding something. The manager there is great and always helpful.

Much better customer service than Lowes! They seem to always have atleast one person checking, and several self-check-out lanes open. Makes getting in and out much easier. Thank You!

02.11.23 Poor customer service this morning. I had one item to purchase and walked past 4 associated and made eye contact with each. Not one of them acknowledged, nodded a head or smiled. The self check lady only moved when I took the picture of self checkout area and I explained this was for a Google review. No response.01.01.22 Excellent find for affordable flooring on a budget

I went to that store today trying to get some info on and purchase correct materials to install Hardie Backer in a shower. The only employee I could find told me " Don't no one here knows nothing about how to install anything or what you might need. In fact most of us don't even know what we sell. There's a 800 number on that sign you can call though, maybe they can help". OMG. Really? Ok fine I'll take my business elsewhere.

Looking for an M5 nut, employee quickly walking by says “finding what you’re looking for?” I reply no.” Employee keeps walking. Another employee comes and is straightening up and asks if I need any help. I reply, yes.” I tell her M5 nut. She keeps straightening up. First employee comes back through the aisle and asks again, “Finding everything you need?” Continues quickly walking. David, really. Asking isn’t really helping.

When I need lumber for a project or a quick trip for supplies, this is where I end up. Bonus points for being right next to Walmart and Sam's club. Plus, good holiday decorations for the seasons.

It seems as though the staff is a bit more Pleasant than some of the other building stores. We bought a water heater and it had an internal leak. They got it swapped out for us with no issues.

I looked for what I wanted on the Home Depot app. and put the items I wanted in my cart. I then was able to quickly find the isles I needed. One thing that I bothered me was that I bought I'll say a 5 gallon Home Depot bucket and had to pay for the bucket and the had to pay for a lid separately. I remember a time that when you purchased a 5 gallon bucket the lid came with it. I know things have changed but still irritating none the less.

Drove here to pick up a water heater. Store front was clean . They had alot of riding lawnmowers and zero turn lawnmowers . The inside looks decidedly stocked . I had to wait a little while to be helped and to buy some more items . Fairly friendly staff and helpful .

Love going to The Home Depot! They honor us Vets and offer a discount! Thank you! We appreciate that!That being said, Missing Stop Sign and Negligence at The Home Depot.I am writing this to express my deep concern and frustration regarding a hazardous situation that has persisted at this location. I had a close call with a potential accident due to the absence of a stop sign and the improper condition of another on the premises of The Home Depot.The incident took place at the intersection next to Raising Canes near on Depot property. To my astonishment, there was a complete lack of a stop sign on one side of the intersection, while the other stop sign was visibly bent halfway down. This dangerous situation not only poses a significant risk to customers but also jeopardizes the safety of pedestrians and other road users in the vicinity.Immediately following the incident, I reported the matter to the corporate office, and I was informed that the General Manager would be notified. However, it has now been over a month, and no visible action has been taken to rectify this issue. This lack of prompt response and failure to address such a critical safety concern raises serious doubts about the managerial deficiencies at this location.All they need to do is install a new stop sign at the missing location or, at the very least, paint a thick line across the pavement with the word "stop" on it. Additionally, the damaged stop sign must be repaired or replaced promptly to ensure the safety of customers and the general public.As a loyal customer of The Home Depot, I have always appreciated the quality of your products and services. However, this incident has left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the level of attention given to customer safety and satisfaction.

Diggin Home Depot these days because it seems more DIY friendly and their staff is more attentive than Lowes their competitor. This has been my experience this past year I’d say. If they aren’t being attentive I’ve been able to find someone. Worth trying them out over Lowes!

Purchased tile for my renovation. Was told I HAD to purchase by the pallet even though that put me about 20 boxes over the needed square foot. Since doing parts of the renovation on our own it took 6 months. Contacted Home Depot today to discuss returning the extra boxes of tile, almost $500 worth of tile (they still sell this exact tile) and they won’t take it back as their delivery person left it outside on a shrink wrapped pallet. One of the managers Stephanie) was almost dismissive as she stated that we didn’t pay the “extra” to have the tile put inside. Who has room for 4 pallets of tile INSIDE when your doing complete reno. Just disappointed.

Decent place to get hardware, getting good customer service could get iffy, needed blinds that must be cut which they do in-house typically however nobody there when I visited were trained on how to use the saw they had. A bit inconvenient since sams has a full on machine for this event but cannot condemn them for just this.

If you can't find what you need at The Home Depot, you don't really need it. Everything for the DIY'er or the professional can be purchased here. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Went in to buy laminate flooring....$700.00 worth. Finally a store rep decided to wait on us. Helped us load the flooring on our cart, no problem. I asked if there was any special tools needed or extras. They said no, other than a saw. When we got home and got started, two special tools were required. We had to drive another 180 miles round trip back to the store to get the two required tools. Shame on you Home Depot for not schooling your help in the departments they are assigned to.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We frequent hardware stores since we recently moved here, literally on the daily. Now that we’re buying a house and wanting to renovate the whole thing we’ve been price matching and finding stuff we like but after tonight we will only come to Home Depot. The experience for our son immediately was amazing. We walked in and L.A. instantly started interacting with our son and our son thought it was the best thing ever he was extremely kind and had an awesome personality! Kava(unless I read her name wrong and it was kaya) was absolutely amazing as well! She interacted so much with our son and was incredibly helpful and got exactly what we were envisioning for our stain color! She was so easy to talk to! Hayley in the flooring department was also incredible and went above and beyond helping us and explaining things for us! She was super helpful and knowledgeable and very patient with our crazy son. After tonight’s experience we will be huge Home Depot shoppers! People like those three are what makes a huge difference in peoples lives and really makes the shopping experience amazing.
