I highly recommend Abbott Roofing to anyone looking for an honest, professional, reliable and thorough roofing company. We worked with Tim directly throughout the whole process, starting with the insurance in making sure they would cover exactly what they were supposed to, all the way to finalizing exactly what we wanted with the roof materials and color. We couldn’t have ask for someone better than Tim when came to getting your questions answered, issues resolved and this whole process finalized. Ultimately the final product spoke for itself, the crew did a great job on replacing the roof and cleaning up. We will be using Tim for roofing and other projects into the future. Go with Abbott Roofing you won’t be disappointed!

We had been in need of a roof for almost a year but had not been able to due to our financial situation. We were now finally in a stable place to purchase a new roof, and of all the roofing companies that we researched, Tim Abbott came through with the utmost professionalism, good pricing, great communication and extreme care for our needs and questions/concerns. He values his customers and their needs and stayed in communication with us for a whole year until we were ready to get our roof, proving to have great character and just being an awesome human being! If there were 10 stars to give, I would give him all 10 because Tim Abbot definitely deserves them all! With Tim, you don’t have to worry about scamming prices, arrogant leadership or lack of detail. I would refer Tim Abbott with 100% confidence that he will again get the job done and done right every single time! Abbott Roofing company is my first roofing company that I used. I worked with other roofing companies but I could not close the deal with them. I paid cash for the entire roof replacement since the insurance company denied my claim (I worked with other roofing company for this). I was quite worried because it was a big investment. It turned out to be a great experience. I would recommend people to go straight to Abbott and I did not receive any monetary value from this company for reviews. This is an honest review from a moderate DIYer.1. Tim, the owner, is a super reasonable guy to work with. With other roofing companies (I talked and got a quote from at least 3 roofing company), you talked to the sale guy and they evaluate their time and their cut rather than your project. If you want to discuss or talk about some concerns or even pricing, you talk to Tim and he listens.2. Reasonable price.3. Keep to the end of the deal. There are minor problems after any big projects as I expected. I talked to Tim and he kept to the end of his deal. He sent the crew to resolve the problem.4. Tim is fun to talk to and he has a nice pick up truck :D5. No exposed nail but 1. I climbed up to the roof and checked every single square inch of the roof myself for exposed nail to satisfy my OCD. To my surprise, I found only 1 exposed nail. On the very edge of the roof, Tim resolved the issue right away in the following week.6. So far, it has been raining quite hard for over a month and no leak yet. Fingers crossed. I checked on the Attic myself like every few days.7. He upgraded my shingle to Max Def (Grey but mixed of different darker color to show the more depth to them) for free. I talked to him about that color and he said it would cost more compared to the regular one. I said then I might be okay staying with other color. Eventually, I had the color I wanted with no extra cost and I could tell the difference because my neighbor has one without the Max Def. It looks just how I like it to be.I would believe agility and trustworthy are great characteristics for a successful company and Abbott sure does have it.Thanks Tim and the crew. Abbott Roofing in Willis, Texas is an amazing family run company. Choose them for your roofing needs if you desire excellence in product, attention to tiny details and a mid grade price point.We had 3 estimates. Abbott’s was the middle bid, but by no means middle of the road service. Sam was our Project Manager and he wasn’t satisfied until things were superbly executed down to the smallest detail. Everything was cleaned up as though they had never been there, but evidence of their expert execution was glaring in our gorgeous new roof. We have peace of mind knowing that Sam and Owner, Tim Abbott don’t cut corners. That is priceless to these transplants from out of state. Had an amazing experience with Abbott Roofing. They came out the same day, took the time to explain everything and I did not feel pushed/pressured to commit to anything that day. I was able to do ample research And had several companies come out to give a quote. In the end Abbott Roofing was hands down the best choice for replacing my entire roof in terms or both quality/warranty and price. The workers did a superb job. We needed a roof repair because after a recent storm we were experiencing some leaks. Tim was able to come out on the same day we called to inspect it. A very small section of our roof was sagging. Abbott Roofing & Construction was one of several contractor's who were contacted and ultimately selected for the job. Work started ahead of schedule only to discover that underlying damage was more extensive than estimated. The team worked safely and quickly, keeping us informed of findings at each step of the process. Change was handled effectively and fairly keeping the project ahead of schedule and on budget. I had a leak in my ceiling and Tim came out, just coming from a funeral in nice clothes, to give a free estimate and check the leaks. Turns out it was another factor causing the leak and not the roof. He proceeded to take pictures and gave them to me to give to the other service provider. What a blessing he was. Tim assessed the damages and made recommendations to repair/replace/seal and paint weathered/damaged roof components (to stop the leak) and replace the water damaged OSB decking and shingles. Absolutely had no issues with getting my new roof. The process from beginning to end was simple. Tim the owner made it a great experience and was so helpful getting everything approved. We barely had invest any time.The day before they dropped off the materials close to our garage and it looked very professional/clean. The next day the crew was there early and I was off to work. The crew was very nice. The man in charge sorry I forgot his name said hi and by to me and assured me they would take care of everything. Then in no time I had a roof. They cleaned up every and metal detected any left over nails and got those taken care of. I have kids and dogs and wouldn’t want to have an accident. They left just before dinner time and we had no indication that anything had happened. Just a brand new stunning roof and a clean yard! Probably cleaner then when started.I guess I just thought a new roof replacement would be such a hassle and take several days and my yard would look a mess. It was the opposite.Will recommend this company any and every time. Hope we won’t need you anytime soon.
