Very large and organized Steel manufacturing company. My husband and I drove here from an hour away. When we walked in, we were greeted immediately from the nice, smiling receptionist. She guided us in the right direction to view steal colors. We noticed all offices were full and decided not to wait to speak to anyone. We only needed to pick colors and was a quick in and out. Nice place.

Horrible products. At least the 24x24 building. The instructions are terrible. I called the local office and spoke with several reps and all they did was agree that the instructions here terrible.I purchased the floor kit and was very upset. The floor purlins stretch 24’ with no support. I had to add 2 pier and beams the length of the building to support the floor. The floor was like a trampoline without the pier and beams I added.When fabricating the pieces, they don’t account for installed measurements (the thickness of the structural steel components, or the bends in the joints). I purchased the additions mid-girts but they wouldn’t all fit. It wasn’t just a little off, it was more than 3 inches off so I couldn’t use them. I didn’t feel like cutting the purlins and drilling my own holes so the ones that didn’t fit I left out.The pre-punched holes on the roof purlins didn’t line up with the braces “roll stop clips”. Again, not just a little but inches off. I had to drill my own holes.In addition to the garage door, I purchased an exterior door. The door and frame aren’t designed to fit into the existing structure. They purchase the door from another company “Diamond Products” and throw it into the package and make you figure it out. I built a rough opening with 2x4s so that I could install the door.The customer service was great, before I purchased the building. I wish I would have gone with another company, or just built it myself with lumber framing.I paid more than 8k and greatly feel that it was a waste of money.
