James and Nyle did a fantastic job of cleaning our windows, tracks and screens. They also power washed our front driveway and rear patio. When they did the back patio they discovered an issue with a coating the previous owners had installed. Instead of telling us it wasn't their fault, (which it wasn't), they put all the extra labor in to make it right without charging us a penny more. We highly recommend them because of their honesty and professional hard work.

8-09-21 Slime Busters came on time and as scheduled to wash our roof. I had never heard of roof washing before, but our home owners insurance required us to have mitigation of some lichen growing on the north facing side of our roof. I'm glad this happened or perhaps I'd never have searched for and found Slime Busters. I was super impressed with James and the process he used to do the washing. A proprietary mix of chemicals delivered via a spray wand but not as a high pressure blasting. It was a gentle wash and later a water rinse to achieve a like new look to our roof. This washing not only makes the roof look super, but it also rejuvenates and extends the life of the roof. I was truly amazed and am very grateful and happy with the results. Give these guys a call you won't regret it.

Water inside our front door after the house washing. Guy had to call us before, during, and after, like he can't get enough attention. Then afterwards, he can't stop talking w/o giving a novel on pressure washing. We've had this work done time and again, with no issue, and no need for the excess calls and talking. This guy is super high-maintenance, work was okay, nothing special except for the water inside the door. We saw the truck in the neighborhood and called. Only afterwards did we talk to the other house, and learn they had the same time wasting and so-so result, but were too nice to write a review.

This year produced a tremendous amount of pollen which turned into mildew and I was unable to remove it myself. My roof is a Standing Seam Metal Roof. I was reluctant to allow Slime Busters to use their removal process at first, however following their demonstration we moved forward. Finished in one day, looks great, as new. Most all came off following their application being applied. Mother Nature should take care of the rest.Slime Busters performance was exceptional; James and Shelby were a matched team. Job well done; defiantly would recommend this company. Note before and after pics.

So I we needed our roof cleaned and I looked online and Patriot Exterior cleaning stood out to me. I reached out to them, got a response quickly. We called and set up a date and time and I am so glad we did. He explained what he’d be doing, gave us options, and we moved forward. He was very helpful explaining the chemicals he’d be using and helped move all the plants,items, etc away from the dripping water off the roof. Great customer service and affordable prices. We pressure washed our home and driveway as well and were very pleased with how everything turned out. We appreciated the follow up as well. I had a wonderful experience with Patriot Exterior Cleaning. I had our roof cleaned, our home power washed, our windows cleaned, and our driveway power washed. Our roof is 16 years old. It was completely black. It now looks like a brand new roof. Our brick walls had this white stuff on it, and now it’s completely gone.
