I called Joe to check out my roof after both hail and then ice hit it within a couple of months apart. Joe was thorough and precise regarding each of my concerns. He took pictures to show me, and assured me that my roof was good and needed no repairs. As a senior woman I was so thankful to find this man of integrity!People don’t waste your time on so called roofers who will take your money and quickly be gone to be found nowhere if needed in the future!I will not hesitate to reach out for his help again!Service: Roof inspection

At some point, every home owner is going to need the services of a roofing company. Knowing when you are going to need those services and who you will utilize is not always an easy decision to make. I found Texican Roofing to be an honest and personalized customer service roofing company, who I feel most comfortable with helping me with my future roofing care.My experience with them started with responding to a Facebook ad that was a bit different from most business ads in that they were offering free services within their community. Joe Jones responded to my inquiry and we set up a time for him to come to my house to see what was going on with my roof. Joe really put himself "in my shoes," when making his assessment and I really appreciated that. He explained what was happening on my roof and gave me honest opinions of the condition of my roof. His assessment did not profit his company at this time, but when it is time for my roofing needs, I have Joe's contact info programmed into my phone. I have the peace of mind that Joe will assist me with integrity driven service.

When it came time to needing a new roof and gutters due to hail damag, we became overwhelmed with trying to understand the process. Joe went above and beyond from start to finish! From the beginning explaining the process and setting expectations. He stayed on top of the schedule handled the back and forth with the insuranced. I have no complaints and strongly recommend. Every crew member that worked the job was every respectful and professional they even made sure to clean all debris around the house. The quality was excellent and we love the end product.
