We had water damage in our kitchen due to a busted valve. From a referral from a friend, we called Scott. From our first meeting with Scott, he felt like family.Scott and his guys gave us a beautiful new kitchen, flooring and baseboards downstairs and new placement for our TV. They were professional, efficient and had it done in about 6 weeks.It’s been 4 months now that we’ve been enjoying our new kitchen. We are so pleased with all of their hard work and love the new remodeled design Scott created.Scott is a good, honest person and keeps his word each step of they way. He’s resourceful, with many ideas and made great changes to the design which we love. His attention to detail is so appreciated and he has great organizational skills to go along with it all.We will be calling them in the future for any work we need done. The team here is phenomenal. Scott and the team were very empathetic and professional. We had a complete home remodel on granny’s house. The flood required new flooring up and downstairs, replacement cabinets, and remodeling. He has been a great guy to work with and kept us in the loop as to continuing steps. Office has been without doors and just the open concept and we talked about adding some doors to add some sound suppression when trying to work or play in the room. Got with Scott and his team and they came out and gave some recommendations and listened to what our vision was and told us how we could get there. Had a great experience from start to finish as the whole team from the top to the workers who transformed the open concept to a very nice looking entry way to the office in just 4 days.They also patched two holes we had in the wall from a prior water leak that we did not realize that plumbers will tear your wall up but not fix it. We were not aware of this before hand and would have gone to them as they do everything and left our plumbers out as it would have cost the same price in the end.Over all the doors were installed and matched to bedroom frame out with the arches and the paint on all the walls matched to where you cannot tell what is the old paint and what is the new.Great company and fair pricing with quality work.

The owners of Fire and Water Restoration Plus, Scott and JudyWilliams are excellent in making sure that home is professionally restored , and they are genuinely concerned about meeting their customers needs. Greg, who performed the Mitigation service was very professional , courteous, knowledgeable and used his expertise to prevent any further water damage. Juan, the Project Manager provided excellent leadership and guidance for his staff. The staff consisted of Erwin of KD Remodeling, Haviar, and Fernando were all excellent, prompt every day, knowledgeable, and demonstrated their expertise in drywall repair, interior painting , and installing hardwood flooring. Everything was beautiful. Judy and her moving staff for the pack were excellent and handled all of the furniture with care. We were pretty nervous heading into our first major home renovation. We’d already learned that the job we wanted done was going to cost double what we had planned, which ratcheted up the urgency to find someone who would absolutely get it done right. As we shopped around for a contractor, we met some nice ones that might have worked out, and some with a great reputation for quality, but who were absolute nightmares — sitting in our home for hours, trying to get us to sign a work order when all we had asked for was an estimate.Scott was different. He came recommended by a friend, and we immediately recognized a huge difference compared to the other contractors we had met. He respected the detailed plans that we had made, allowed us to choose the materials we wanted, and was very flexible when we asked for 2 rounds of extra estimate revisions. He gave us good advice when we needed it, and took the time to explain why certain ideas were good or bad. He spent a lot of face-to-face time with us, making sure we were comfortable with all the decisions that had to be made. More than the other contractor options, he seemed invested in making our project turn out just the way we were picturing it.He was also very willing to help us manage our costs a bit. Though it probably extended the timeline by a few more days, he agreed to let me save a little money by doing all the demo myself, and then doing all the painting toward the end of the project. It would have been totally reasonable for him to tell us that it would be too much of a strain on the schedule because his team could do the work faster, but he let it ride, and it was really generous of him.Like many (or maybe most) contractors, Scott uses subcontractors. Everyone who came into our house was respectful and extra careful to contain the remodeling mess to the bathroom that was getting worked on. We are very pleased with the level of craftsmanship that each one of them brought to the table. When an issue or our request for something a little extra came up — and they always do — Scott was very fair about the change orders, and we never felt taken advantage of or priced unfairly.All in all, we are really pleased not only with the end result, but the process and positive attitude that Scott brought to our renovation. The bathroom turned out even better than we could have imagined, and there’s no question that if a big job comes up again, he’ll be the one we call.

We engaged Fire and Water Restoration Plus to fix in-wall water damage from a plumbing leak in a bathroom. The team was very professional, punctual and provided precise communication throughout the process. Our bathroom was torn down to the studs, water damage was properly treated and the custom cabinet was replaced. We couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship of the job! It looks as good or better than the day we moved into the house.

Avoid Avoid Avoid.I talked to them on the phone; they said I needed their services immediately due to having a level 3 whatever. I responded that I was working with another company who didn't come out and they accepted this detail.I decided that I didn't want to use them because their attention to detail wasn't accurate; I literally pointed out areas that were wet that they said were not (they were literally wet) and came to the conclusion they were wrong and accepted that the areas were indeed wet, not dry.The owner was quick to say he was going to sue based on services rendered to do the job (They didn't even give me an estimate; let alone start any work).

F&WR refurbished (I think that's the correct term) my home after the 2016 hail storm. Scott and Judy guided me through the aftermath and instrumental in getting the insurance company to step up to do what should do. Scott drove the entire process, interfacing with all the other contractors to insure their work was completed timely and correctly. He didn't hestitate to take anyone to task if the work wasn't done to his standards. It sounds gimmicky but my house was like new when they finished. I wouldn't hestitate to call F&WR if I need any kind of construction project done and done right. Thanks Scott and Judy!
