Let me start by saying I work in retail so I understand frustrated customers and trouble people. I had debella come out to do a bit I called and set up a time which was completely fine on the phone I was quoted that it would be about an hour. Appointment at 10 I had to be at work at 12. I thought perfect I will have around a half hour before work because I know somethings can go a bit longer. Two guys came out and started to look at my windows. My house was built in the 70s and have the original window’s aluminum frames and all. They took measurements and pictures. Everything was fine at this point. They tell me that they are going to go get the demo and get the windows priced out. They came back in and they told me about the company and their windows. I told them that I was shopping the market and had already gotten about 5 quotes. One then proceeded to call his “manager” and got me a discount but for a lesser quality window. At about 11:30 I informed them that I had to go to work in a half hour. The proceeded to keep talk and not wrap it up. I started to get irritated because it was getting closer to the time I had to work. The one who called someone told me that he was sorry if he had done something wrong k just told him that I didn’t want to be late for work (which I was because I couldn’t leave till 10 minutes after my shift had started). They were very pushy asking me to give them a yes or a no. I said I would prefer to talk to my husband because he was asleep from working a night. Again he said I would like a yes or a no. I said if I have to choose without being able to talk with my husband it will be a no. Extremely hard to get them out of the house. Very chatty! Had to interrupt him just to say something because he just kept going. I only know one of the guys name who came out and he wasn’t the one doing any of the talking. I do like the quality of the window but I have also seen it from almost all of the other companies that gave me quotes. Said that it was designed for them though.

Scott came to our house for what we thought would be a quick-ish appointment to give us a quote. 2 and a half hours later of high pressure sales tactics (condescending dismissals, not caring at all about our concerns or time) and a $16,000 quote for 6 dual pane windows (which is mind boggling to me) we finally were able to get him to leave. If you are looking for quotes for windows, heed this advice. Stay away! There are better companies with better reviews out there.

Menelick was awesome. We felt great about the process and knowing we'll be taken care of and our roof will be properly done. He was very knowledgeable about the problems affecting our roof and causing the mold in our attic. He did everything he could to try and get a price we were comfortable with. He was also so amazing with our young daughter.

I would have given this company more than one star, had they not used erroneous figures to calculate my income. It made it possible for me to get a loan to pay for the windows that I technically did not qualify for.Their products are very nice very well made and look like they could last for decades on a home. I was looking forward to having every window in my tiny home replaced until the paperwork came back showing that they had inflated my income by 3x.

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE.They are expensive with poor quality workers that damage property, tell you they'll fix it, then change their story and expect the home owner to make the repairs. They promise good communications, yet they constantly not keep you informed. They do things outside of what was negotiated and they leave the work incomplete and done outside of building code.The NIGHTMARE CONTINUESDURING THE PAST MONTH, I've discovered more nails in my roof and a leak in my mini split they caused.Dabella enjoys making their customers suffering nightmares they cause. My emails and calls are blocked. They refuse to take responsibility for the damaged they caused.I've also talked to the siding manufacture about the damage and was told that the damage being caused by the installer and not following installation requirements and damaging the panels. The 30 year warrantee is VOID. It will cost me an additional. $98,000.00 to fix all the damage they caused on top of the $66,000.00 I've already paid them.

Dealing with insurance turned out to be quite the pain. Dabella really worked hard to get everything all sorted out. Really appreciate all they did. Roof was done very quickly and in the middle of winter. Thanks guys

Menelick came to our house to look at our roof and informed us of how bad it was. He did a great job of explaining the importance of getting a new roof. He showed us that he cared about our house and that it was In our best interest to get a replacement and helped us start the process of financing.

DaBella Windows are some wonderful engineering in vinyl. The salesmen gave us very detailed review of the product. We negotiated a cash price and made an order. When the window install day arrived, to our displeasure there was a mixup in communication of our order. The window was supposed to be a cherry color on the interior and white on the exterior. Our home is 100 years plus and the cherry trim and molding are what we love about our home.The installers made some calls and a project manager made a call to us and we expressed out displeasure. It was also difficult to explain the situation and there were discussion on a cherry trim package to case the window. That was not what we needed or wanted.Another manager made contact with us and after some discussion Eric asked what they could do to correct the situation. I wasn't wanting to send it back and wait for another order correction. I came to an acceptable solution from our point of view and gave the go ahead to the installers.Derek and Tim from Alside were very patient and professional and did an excellent job of installing our new 40" x 100" window.A couple of days later the Provo DaBella store Manager , Eric called and we talked about the Window. I explained the situation and he asked if we received a discounted adjustment on the contract to cover time and expenses to my solution to change the color of the vinyl to cherry on the interior would help make the mixup workable.Just to iterate, the window is very well built and works as it is supposed to and the install was very professional... The clean up was great and our only issue was the expectations on color. Eric made a generous offer to discount the contract price which will allow us to experiment on the vinyl. I will choose an unnoticeable area and conduct some experiments. With curtains and window trim, most of the color will only be noticeable to us. We had hoped to have a similar window to match the cherry trim in the living room and dining room. Both are large vinyl framed picture windows and one was purchased 15 years ago with a cherry trim on the interior.All-in-all BaBella has a great product and our experience has been a bit hectic but the outcome was worked out and we are pleased with the outcome. Final results to be determined by us.I am sure we will enjoy the new Window and its benefits. Things happen and when there are people and company policy is to make the customer happy that makes a world of difference.a Satisfied customer. DB

This review is of the product and our salesman. The product appears to be TOP OF THE LINE. Very nice and the presentation done really shows the quality and benefits of selecting DaBella. Our rep's name was Menelica, nice young man great presentation skills and worked hard to get things to fit our budget very polite. There is a nice selection of colors as well to match your area and likes.

Do not do business with Dabella. Their quality of work is subpar. We had them install siding and their caulk work left gaps for water to get in. Instead of putting blocks for our exterior lights, they just put a fat bead of caulk around the light, looking like a botched diy job. They also destroyed our shingles in various locations for water to get through to the roof. After they installed the gutters, I found that water has been dripping out of our soffit. They also let me know they would reimburse me for some hvac work I needed to have done, because of damage they caused. They are impossible to get a hold of and I haven't seen a penny of that reimbursement.

This has been the worst experience working with a company for home improvement I've ever had.Sales representative lied about the delivery date, the quality of the product. The communication between dabella and us was non-existent. It took over a month to get the final measurements for the windows so our order could be submittedAfter we received confirmation that the windows were delivered by the manufacturer, we received no communication from anyone to schedule an installation date. We had to do all the communication for things to happen.And of course, as soon as things were done, we got a call first thing in the morning to collect payment, which shows what dabella's primary focus is.I am extremely disappointed at the quality of service and communication given. We were planning to replace the rest of the windows with daBella at the end of this year, but after the experience seen from you all, this will never happen.I'll be sure to let all my acquaintances know to avoid daBella when they are ready to change their windows.One of the things the sales rep ensured us was a one finger test, which means you can lift the window up with just a finger. And after 3 windows replaced, that is not the case. You're better off getting home depot's windows.

Editing review after roof was said to be done.Salesmen Caden and Javier were knowledgeable, but high pressure sales tactics applied no matter how many times we said no. Eventually we agreed, because we did need the roof, and we believed it would both get what we ordered and it would be quality work. It wasn’t.What they sold wasn’t what we got, and after multiple emails and texts we can’t get anyone’s attention to come out to see what we are seeing and work to remediate the situation. This was reported the day the roof was done, which was a week ago.The roofing job is poor quality, missing venting, and the outcome looks like someone’s first roofing job where supervision was missing. Not a single person onsite (from a subcontracted roofing company) spoke a single word of English - we had to use Google translate just to figure out what the other person was saying.My strong advice (which my husband has shared with others at work) is to NOT work with DaBella. It’s a very professional presentation and sale… but it’s a terrible outcome.

Calvin and Korby came to my house to bid on home improvements. I had cautioned before they came that I was not ready to contract and only wanted a bid. Still, they came, took time to measure, review available products, and prepare and present offers for two different levels of product and service. They were straightforward, cordial, polite, and respectful, even though I declined to enter the offered contract because I wanted to obtain other bids. If their bid is best, I intend to call them.

I have to edit my review. I still stand by that Calivin and Caden were good at answering questions but honestly it's been a nightmare and we don't even have our windows yet. I'm afraid that our installation will be another nightmare on top of what we have already experienced based on the reviews of others and the experiences they have shared. I hope our property isn't damaged during installation but I don't have high hopes. They tout their warranties and certifications, we will be putting that to the test. When Calvin and Caden came to our house they asked us what we look for in a company when contracting work. The two things I mentioned were honesty and communication. Thus far we have received zero proactive communication and the honesty/transparency they claim to have is subpar. We just got off the phone with an employee who told us "once the windows are received [by the company] there is no communication [between Dabella and the customer]." I'm sorry, what, then, is Dabella's function in all of this? Why are we pouring $10,000+ into Dabella when they can't be bothered to communicate with us? They can't even be bothered to track down their Allside partners so that customers are aware of where their windows are and where their money is going? Someone please let me know of an honest company to work with so we know who to contact when we have more work to be done. I'm looking forward to being able to truly cut ties with Dabella but they have told us we are stuck with them, despite their lies and lack of communication to paying customers, and we have no other choice than to see this through and hope we don't end up with $100,000 in home damages by the end of this process.Original review:Calvin and Caden were super helpful in answering all our questions! To Scott the sales guy, stop harassing my wife by blowing up her phone and knocking on my door announced after she told you she’s not interested , (calling her on a different number to trick her into picking up is insane) you’re unprofessional and high pressure sale tactics are disturbing. Also Quoting a roof repair for 50k-100k is insane when we got multiple quotes for much much less.Zero rating if it was an option

We were oversold to pay the price of replacing our roof with the cost at the top dollar. We were told our roof had a rotten spot and the stucco needed to be sealed neither of which turned out to be true. Our AC had to be replaced which I was told by our AC contractors that had been damaged by something hitting it. We found roofing nails down in the unit. When I asked for their insurance to replace it they said they would, and asked me to sign the completion certificate so they could get their funds. They promised me that they would follow through, but when it came time, the job supervisor never would talk to me again leaving me to an assistant and later to their service department. I was referred by the service department to the fine print in my contract that said I should tell them of any immovable objects and I should have had it covered even though I had bee assured covering would be laid down to protect around the house. There were other more minor problems that I was promised would also be taken care of, but once they were paid I had no more contact with the job supervisor. To make it even worse, one of their workers relieved themselves in our neighbor's bushes and their dog rolled in it making me feeling like I got crapped on more than once. Having been a owner of rental property for years and doing my own general contracting when I built my house, I have never run into a worse situation.

DaBella seems to offer a good quality product and were willing to work with us on the price and timeline of the work. We are having 3 windows installed with them and they offer a 50 year warranty. Javier and Steve were very knowledgeable about their product and creative in how they could meet our needs. They were a little pushy even for salesmen, so be wary of that. Once we have the windows installed I will update my review to indicate how we like them.
