Shawn came to our rental to bid on helping with bugs getting in through the windows. I had thought that there was some caulking around the window that needed to be done. He found the real problem was a drainage hole that simply needed a little caulk from the inside. He said he wouldn’t charge me for the info. I am very thankful and paid him for a trip charge anyway for his honesty and help.

He was knowledgeable and took his time (in the rain) to find the root of our problem, that others could not.If you are in need of someone that is competent, fair priced, and trustworthy….Sean is your guy. He was prompt with coming to give me a quote, got me an order written up for all the materials really fast, and I would recommend his work to anyone. Take my word for it - I called about 10-12 companies to give me a quote, many of whom had advertisements and "coupons" in the Hometown Values Magazine for like $1000 off a roof installation, and Sean was BY FAR the cheapest to go with.
