Best Roofing replaced our roof this past week and we are very happy with the whole process. The crew arrived right on time and did an amazing job. The workers were very professional and the foreman Daniel communicated well with us how it was going. They were meticulous in their cleanup each day as they left. During the process I personally walked the roof several times and inspected their work to see if they were installing it as they said they would. I found no cutting corners or shortcuts taken, just skilled craftsmanship everywhere I looked. There were several unexpected challenges with our roof and they were handled well. I was expecting extra charges on our bill for the extra work that had to be done and was pleasantly surprised to see our bill was for the original bid amount. We even offered to pay more and they wouldn’t take it! Our home is beautiful once again. We would definitely recommend Best Roofing to anyone who is in the market for a beautiful new roof.

Best Roofing is the best company! They did my roof 3 years ago and we decided to do an addition and there was no question that we wanted Best Roofing to do the roof as they did a fantastic job! Things have been super busy this year, and it did take longer than I had hoped to get a quote, but it was well worth the wait. They were able to get a crew to dry in my roof before the weather turns bad and then will come back and do the shingles in a week. They are so professional, do a phenomenal job, and clean up when they are done. Their prices are competitive and service is phenomenal!! I can't recommend them enough!

I called several companies including Best Roofing for a bid. After reviewing all the bids and talking to everyone about the different options I decided to use Best Roofing. They were experienced professionals, gave the best price using top grade materials, and did the project in less than two days including cleanup. My roof looks great, and I recommend Best Roofing to my friends and acquaintances.

Terrible communication. Had to try calling over a dozen times to have the dump trailer removed from my driveway 2 days after job was finished.The clean up around my yard was sub-par. I have dogs and young children that play in our backyard. I found a dozen nails and other garbage that should have been picked up. Only after calling the company with complaints did they send someone with a magnet to clean up the nails that I had not picked up myself.They also left a stain on the driveway from their air compressor that was only cleaned up after the call to the company to complain.Update: after leaving this review a co-owner called to discuss our complaints. He did promise to make things right.After two weeks of the job being done, we noticed a line of exposed nails and some shingles poking up. They did send workers to fix this one day after we informed them.While the overall experience with Best Roofing was unfavorable, the company did work hard to address our complaints and remedied the issues. If I had a time machine would I go back and use them again? Definitely not, but I do appreciate their recent efforts.Service: Roof installation

CJ and Aaron were great to work with. I am very picky and have an engineers mind. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything they were doing including the process and materials. We had our entire roof replaced and could not be happier. The crew was polite and professional and got in and out quick. They cleaned up very well and protected all of the things outside that could get damaged in a roof repair job (i.e fence, air conditioner, bushes and trees, etc...). I would highly recommend them to anyone and I have recommended them to all of my friends.

Great customer service and communication. They did a great job on our new roof and left our property spotless when they were done. They even hauled off a load of tree branches I had to trim from the roofline. Highly recommended.
