The best customer service we have experienced. Highly recommend. Hill’s has very friendly, patient, knowledgeable employees. We feel like they went the extra mile. They took the time to answer all our questions on our new home build project. Their prices were fair, they showed up when they said they would and did a meticulous, professional installation of our equipment.

Not impressed at all! Called and called to have them give me a bid on an installation. One guy finally showed up and gave me an over-priced bid. It’s been almost two months now, and still haven’t heard back from them!

Josh was beyond professional and walked us through every aspect of the repair. I hate paying for manufacture issues but we are grateful for everything he did for us! Our furnace went out on a Sunday and we called Hills on Monday. They were able to get a tech out that same day and have our issue fixed within a few hours. Great service and food prices. We're very happy with our experience

I secluded a appointment with them they missed me they called me back I rescheduled 2 more times they called back one more time to reschedule again. My husband called to see if they were coming he was told they had seen all of their client's in our area and would be back next year. I feel they don't value you as a paying customer and don't really care if they have your business. I say find someone who cares. DON'T USE THEM!!!!Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

We used to swear by them even if their bid was more than a competitor.we had them install 3 wood stoves including chimney, we had ducts cleaned,chimney swept,furnace service and recommended them every chance I got but for some reason this year we have had to call several times just for a single call back only to be put off until December at the earliest ( just to get a bid) their work is top notch and their customer service used to match we have been loyal customers for ten + years now their customer service is no better than anyone elseServices: Heating system installation, Heating system maintenance, HVAC duct & vent cleaning
