I called Black Rock Roofing to request a quote for repairing my house roof. I received a call back that afternoon. The owner seemed reluctant to come to St George to review the roof problems. He requested I take some pictures and text them to him. I did that and never heard from him again. I made a follow-up call a few days later but never got called back. I don't care if he decided he didn't want to do the work, but I believe he should show enough respect to call back and say that he is not interested in the job. I do not recommend Black Rock Roofing.

Last year I contacted Black Rock Roofing and spoke to David. I had a small job ..a rain cap replacement for a vent pipe and some tiles were cracked. His team responded quickly and his pricing was very very fair…I texted David again this year for another rain cap replacement for a vent pipe. It seems my residence is in the middle of the vortex. David came out and replaced the rain cap free of charge. I would highly recommend Black Rock Roofing whether it’s for small jobs or a roof replacement. Developed a leak around a roof vent during a rainstorm. Called Black Rock Roofing and they said they could be there in a few hours. Communication with Black Rock is excellent! On completion of our new roof I had a few concerns about cosmetic issues. I sent a text to Dave on a Saturday night at 7:00 pm and he called me back within a few minutes...I was blown away! He said, "we want you happy, what can we do?" We discussed some simple fixes. David and his crew did a fantastic job of installing a new roof on the mobile home we purchased. The old roof had been leaking for years and had caused lots of damage both inside and out. They did a complete tear off of the old roofing materials and installed all new materials. We sold our home and needed to have some titles repaired on our roof. When I called he answered the phone and gave me a quote. He was able to come in 2 days. I had called a couple of other roofing companies and they did not even answer their phones,I left messages for thoes other companies and none of them even called me back. He came out and repaired our tiles. His prices were great and he was so nice. I highly recommend his company to anyone who needs any roofing needs.

During the last micro burst rain storm we had some rain water actually come through the roof and into our home. I called 3 local roofing repair businesses, one of which was Black Rock Roofing to give me bids on replacing the whole roof because it was now 30 years old. The owner, Dave Coello came over have me a very reasonable bid and that I had already researched their reviews, I asked him to do the job. His crew were very hard working and did an excellent job. When they were done, Dave and I did a final inspection and everything looked great! Dave was/is a fantastic and honest person to work with and his workers are extremely hard workers and very skilled at roofing. Being relatively new to the area I had no idea who to call about my park model’s roof and the gutter issues at my mom’s house. Honestly, I picked Black Rock Roofing because they were at the top of the list and had great reviews and I am so happy I did! David quickly responded to my call and made arrangements to look at my roof the next morning. He gave me options, which I love, and was fixing my roof within days. For my moms gutters, he came to just look at what the problem could be then ended up taking the time to clean and repair them the very same day. David is a hard worker, his prices are very fair, he clearly and patiently explains everything, he is super nice and I felt very safe with him.
