El Cap builders are extremely unprofessional. Their company truck sped down Cedar City’s University Blvd at well over 50 miles per hour while many people were crossing the road for the Utah Shakespeare Festival. This is a very busy pedestrian street. Someone could have been seriously injured. Very dangerous driving and very thoughtless behavior . I can only imagine their lack of professionalism for their clients. I will never recommend them.

I highly recommend El Cap Inc. Richard Fischer.This Company came our way by referral for our House Demo. Unfortunately my parent 60 year old home was beyond repair, His team did a wonderful job tearing down, Burning & removal of upper floor & basement. Believe me it was a mess. When demo was completed they prepared the land for a new build. Hauling in Dirt for Fill and compacting the soil for the new pad. We were so happy how things turned out we are now using El Cap Inc. to build our New Home on the same lot.We had had other Builders to chose from for our new Build. But we chose to stay with El Cap Inc. after seeing how easy Richard Fischer is to work with. Also seeing how he puts his Whole Heart in to working with his Clients. It's so nice to have the security knowing we are in Good hands. We are full steam ahead with our project and looking forward to seeing our New Beautiful home..Thank you El Cap Inc. Richard Fischer for helping us achieve our dream. ...

If the service is anything like this guys driving I’d never use them. Diesel truck intentionally blowing smoke, driving crazy, and flipping people off. To be doing this in a vehicle with your business logo plastered all over it, insane.
