We have used LP Building Solutions on two different occasions. The first time, we needed new rain gutters for our home. Nathan Johnson came out to see what would be needed for replacement and installation. He is very professional and did not try to sell anything we didn't need. We decided to move forward and in a few days, Raymond came out and installed and did a beautiful job.The second time was for windows for a casita we built. Again, Nathan Johnson came out to see what we needed. We were very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge, and moved forward with the window installations.I would highly recommend this company for windows and rain gutters.

I was in search of Milgard replacement windows and was referred to LP building solutions from Milgard. I was so pleased with the price and quality of the installation so much that I also had them install gutters on my home as well. All of the installers were so nice and did an excellent job. The ladies in the office were so kind and professional as well. Our salesman Raymond was great! No pressure (which is a big plus for me) and he sent in the orders quickly and efficiently. We hired this company to install rain gutters on our home because they told us they had installed them on other homes in our subdivision. They did horrible work, the gutters were not installed well and the first time after installation that the wind blew, 3 of the installation screws came out of the wasll! They also scraped the stucco off a corner of the home.

We had our home built by Cole west and the insulation contractor was LP. We paid for R-50 insulation and couldn’t understand why some of the rooms were so cold. I had an energy audit and found minimal insulation depths, even below what code required. Come to find out they missed a large section of the home. Zero insulation. I guess they were banking that most customers never bother looking up into the attic and just trust the building subs. I am going to get this addressed at all levels, including Dominion Gas, to get them off their referral list (if they even made it on it) That is just a horrible and dishonest way to do business. I suggest that if you have done business with this company, that you verify their work.

This company is really bad. They don't know the meaning of professional. I am only speaking about my experience with the individuals that I worked with from this company. Others may be fine workers but the individuals that were supposed to do work for me were the worst type of workers. I don't recommend anyone use this company if all there workers are like the individuals that I dealt with. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
