This subdivision has the most beautiful views! The sales team is knowledgeable in all aspects of the process of building your dream home! I highly suggest going on a Friday, they do an excellent BBQ for all to enjoy!

We went on the Parade of Homes and all the houses we saw were beautiful! The houses were a little all over the place, but if you have a few days free, it's a fun thing to do. All the homes were very modern.

Sorry I ever bought from Interstate. Plus Chase Stratton the CEO lied to myself and wife in our hose about everything he was going to make right. We are now on 1 1/2 years and still have issues not taken care of. Buy from them they will likely lie to you also. Horrible CEO.

Zion Vista is an amazing hidden gem qith incredible views and low HOA fees if only $38/mo and they have their iwn pickle ball courts!
