Marcos Guzman is awesome! We had a fault in our system and he came out in 30 mins, let me know when he would arrive and did a DEEP dive on our system. Super impressed with his professionalism and his sense of humor, and mostly his KNOWLEDGE. Best part about the entire experience was us finding a beer can in the vent from the builders of the home! 😂 Marcos was a good dude and fished it right out.

I would highly recommend Whipple! They were quick to schedule and Tim was awesome! He was very thorough and made sure to explain everything and even show photos of what we were dealing with. We feel so lucky to have had Koren come out and help us with our plumbing "issues" while to me if felt like i wanted to pull my hair out i am so glad the situation was not worse. Koren took his time explaining the situation, giving us options on how to rectify it while walking us through what he/we were seeing on the camera.He also helped us figure out how all the lines converged together and where, which helped explain some of the issues we were having.I am so grateful for the time he took helping to figure out what was going on, fix it, and educate us with ideas moving forward.From the call to set up the appointment to Koren coming out, Whipple by far has been the best company i have ever dealt with for plumbing issues. I have no doubt that if something else happens in this house from plumbing to HVAC, i know who we will call! It is hard to find honest, fair, and reasonable priced in these areas, truly a wonderful company on so very many levels - I highly recommend them!

We’ve had an excellent experience with Jesse Bramasco, one of the skilled professionals who works for Whipple Service Champions. Recently we had an emergency regarding our water circulation pump which was spraying water everywhere. Even though it was a Sunday morning, Jesse came out immediately, diagnosed the problem and made an emergency repair to keep us going until Monday. He came back on Monday, made a permanent repair and our system has been working perfectly ever since. Jesse is an honest, conscious, highly skilled professional who is a pleasure to be around.

Marc Goodwin with Whipple was wonderful! He met with me to take a look at the heating and air system for a home I will be helping my clients sell. The owners don’t live here locally so I am assisting them to get the needed repairs done and Marc was able to meet with me right away and take a look at the unit up on the roof. He even recommended other services that Whipple can do for us and quickly facilitated for their plumbing and electrical team to meet with us to prepare a bundled quote on all the repairs we needed. Jeff Shuff with Whipple Plumbing was so helpful!! I am representing an out of state home owner in selling their property in St. George, but the home needed a LOT of repairs to get it ready to list. Jeff came out to give us a quote on all the plumbing, giving us several options and prices for each option. He was very quick to discover what you needed to be done and had the bid to me within an hour. All the people I have met with service Champions have been very professional, friendly and quick. Yesterday I noticed water in my water heater pan. I called Whipple and they sent Jeff over to take a look. Jeff also installed the water heater when I purchased it. He found it wasn't the water heater but another problem. Explained everything in detail. Because of this professionalism, my trust has been earned. Great job.

I had a small leak by the water softener the guy came out literally turned a few screws and stopped the leak and charged me nothing for him coming out. We did discover however that we legitimately have a whole house plumbing issue and I do believe that I will have them repipe our entire house if that is the case I will come back with another review after that service. My technician was Jesse and he was top-notch very informative very clearly explained to me everything
