Yup! Ace is the place! Very thankful for this store since Home Depot is a bit away. They don’t always have everything, especially when it comes to building materials but they do have the friendliest most helpful staff. I go there pretty much every weekend and if I have projects 3x a day🤦🏼‍♀️. Home depot I can never find anyone to help me, not an issue here. Best place to get your chainsaw or last minute gifts too as well.

Went there to buy a chainsaw. They made me sign a paper saying they showed me how to use a chainsaw etc. But didn’t do any of that. They also didn’t know the answers to my questions so they provided false information.

Great store, huge selection. Would give five stars if the gal working the aisle would have treated me like a paying customer not a thorn in her side. I had a picture from the Ace website of what I wanted knew it was in stock. Just needed to know where it was in the store. You would have thought I was throwing merchandise on the floor for her to pick up. Whatever happened to customer service.

Nice expanded store. Loose nuts and bolts section that doesn't stop. Me and that section have spent a lot of time together. 😁 Friendly staff and there's not a lot that you can't find the.Recommended.

They were a good store before they expending and now they are a great store. For a small town Ace Hardware they carry a wide variety of items and I have rarely found a time when I could not find what I was looking for to get my project done. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially for those of us having trouble finding items in the new store layout.

The general manager was so helpful in getting me everything I needed for my chainsaw, and even came out and helped me get it going! Great staff!

Walked in yesterday and was amazed at the look of the new store. It felt like I was in Home Depot. The selection that they have is awesome. The best part are the Employee's. Great service. The place to buy!!!

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and organized store. You won't find everything a big box store has, but a pretty good selection and a good chance they have what you need which will save you a long out of town trip to the big box store. Support your local businesses! I do!

I had a great experience with the guy who goes by Bob Ross. :) He was super helpful when I came in like a lost puppy, basically knowing nothing about the oil situation with my van and was of course headed up to Mirror Lake. He walked me through the problem, came out to my car and explained things in a way that helped me to understand what was up with my vehicle but wasn't patronizing, which is important to me. I bought what I needed and he was nice enough to get his hands dirty while I stood there in my white t-shirt and watched. What a guy. We had a good chat about how customer service has changed over the years. It's too bad that everyone hasn't had such a stellar experience at this location. Give Bob a raise!

I appreciate Ace more and more all the time. They have almost everything I need without having to drive all the way to Park City. During the summer they have a great selection of Treager and Big Green Egg BBQs and accessories. If you find this review helpful please help me by giving it a thumbs up.

There is a problem with this store. The price at the checkout is usually higher than the price displayed in the aisle.Also, the last time I was there the staff were split on the necessity of masks with at least one claiming a medical condition that prevented him from wearing a mask. He looked fine to me and refused to describe his medical condition...

Just picked up some crazy hardware that no one but ace has. They have the best nuts, bolts, springs, set screws, o-rings, stainless, metric.... whatever. Fantastic resource for the Kamas Valley.

Terrible customer service, they don’t care about you. They lied to me about a return policy and I bought a broken product that they will not take back. I’m down $900. You guys really should consider being honest. I will never walk into an Ace Hardware again and I’ll be calling your corporate to file a complaint.

They usually have everything I need. Store staff could use a little more training in general handyman repairs. They dont seem to have any experience in basic plumbing and electrical systems.

Ace Hardware covers nearly everything you need in Kamas. Their selection seems to be perfect for a town this size. Their people try hard to help you find the exact gadget or doodad you need for whatever project you're working on, and the fix-it department in the back gets it done promptly and professionally.

Very unfriendly staff that didn't want to help me or treat me with respect. Bought an item to pull a fuse in my car & tried returning it literally 6 min. later but they refused said it was against policy.? Will not shop at Ace anymore.

Only gives 8 percent military discount.....I know it's a privilege to even get a discount but home depot and lowes gives 10 percent.....otherwise okay to get quick items.
