Beehive Buildings built me a fantastic shop on my property. Everything about it is perfect. Once my building went up, everyone in my area wanted to know about it, who was building it, and once it was completed, many came by to check it out, inside and out. I decided to finish the inside with R-19 insulation and I added sheet rock and paint. From the finished trim around the windows and baseboards, the stained wood matches the beams of the building. And, the Levolor pull down shades make the perfect finishing touch. From start to finish, Beehive Buildings was quick, responsive, and always professional and courteous. This was a first class operation from concept to completion! We required a custom 24’ wide by 14’ tall garage door and they made it happen with ease. They started the build a week early and completed everything on time. They also honored their price even with the volatile lumber prices. We highly recommend using them for your building.

We're very happy with Beehive's work on building a new horse shelter, which was completed on time and mostly on budget. There were a few minor change orders due to some miscommunication in the quoting phase, but they were handled promptly and professionally, and I'm still satisfied we got good value for our money. They were able to take a couple photos of similar structures that I sent and turn it into a well designed barn. The concrete footings and building were started and finished in just over 3 weeks, despite some challenging weather, holidays, and working in a muddy, mucky horse paddock with no nearby power source. The structure is well built, passed inspection with no problem, and communication from the company was good. We've had several other construction projects happening on our home this year, and wish that all contractors took the time to communicate with their customers like Beehive did with us on this project. There were a few minor annoyances we dealt with over the course of the build, but that's really to be expected with any major construction project, and we are overall happy and would highly recommend them for any outbuilding, barn, or livestock shelter.

These guys are awesome. If you aren't sure of your lay out plan or details they are patient and willing to work with you. Very clear about steps in the process of getting to the finish line. Very happy with the quality and finished product.Having a veterans discount and sucking up any price change in materials was a selling point. On time and on budget is no joke. I didn't run into those issues but it is comforting to know. Thank you Beehive....

Very negative experience. Very slow and inaccurate service.Started the process in Dec of 22. It took almost 7 months to get plans. They were using a part time engineer so any little question too a week or 2 before it was answered.My project manager was telling me I needed to go to the city to get a conditional use permit, which was inaccurate. She didn't understand what I meant by "we were going to rock the inside" when she asked me if I wanted sheetrock inside. Finally, updates were very infrequent and emails turn around was a day plus.After complaining and stating if things weren't fixed, I'd leave a negative review. The GM called, apologized but said that he didn't think they could fix things and wanted to cancel the project.My recommendation is to find a builder that is more timely in their responses and seems to understand what's required to build the building.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing this company is from top to bottom! Every person I interacted with was very courteous, professional and truly cared. Even though they are busy everyone made me feel like I was the only customer they had and I felt like I was their #1 priority. I have been wanting a outbuilding for many years and I finally decided to do it. I am so happy I did and even more happy I had Beehive do it. It turned out better than I had imagined it would. I couldn’t be happier with the pole barn Beehive built for me and my family. There were some changes that we made along the way to customize the structure and everyone ensured that we got things exactly how we wanted them. These guys are simply the best! I've been in construction for over 20 years so i'm a very picky customer and very demanding on quality. Alan and Garrett exceeded my expectations! I love dealing with guys that are honest and that when they say something, they do it. Any time i made changes the were super reasonable on pricing and very easy to work with. Whenever a concern came up, they handled it immediately to my full satisfaction. Again, its just nice working with guys that you can trust and you know are not trying to nickel and dime you to death. I highly recommend Beehive to everyone i talk to!

They were 4 months late on completion. Built crooked walls and and put the personnel door in 5 inches too high. Didn't fully trim out doors. And Didn't build garage door openings correct to mount the doors. They said they would fix it then backed out because it was too hard to fix.Also one of the main trusses is broken. What a disappointment.!!!
