We have neighbors who had remodeling done and we asked who they used. Premier Remodeling. We asked if they were happy with their remodel and if they recommend Premier Remodeling. All said YES!.So we decided to go with Premier Remodeling and we are so very happy we did. Ours was not an easy project. We had an old concrete retaining wall that had to be removed without collapsing the floor from above. From the very start we had confirmation after confirmation that they know what they are doing and how to accomplish the goal. They have the resources, knowledge, or sub contractors that can do the projects.Luke would come up with ideas to save us money without sacrificing quality. It didn't go as fast as we wanted. Everyone in construction is busy but Premier can push some of them m earlier and not let it keep sliding.We could NOT be happier about our remodel project. :-)They have been a joy to work with and we can't recommend them high enough.Time to enjoy the remodel now. :-)

This company was amazing to work with! I recommend them to everyone I know. From the beginning they were responsive, friendly and great communication. We wanted a finished basement with 2 bedrooms, family room, and bath. They exceeded our expectations and worked within our budget. Luke also took the time to explain to us why he decided everything he did and how it would make our home better. It matches the rest of our home beautifully and was done a month earlier than expected. We can’t say it enough the whole team was great and we would love to use them for any future projects.

Initially used them for a kitchen, common area, and bathroom remodel for which I would've given about 4.8 stars. However, we then used them for remodeling four bedrooms, and a basement family room. Nearly all of the previous folks that we had worked with for the first remodel had quit or had been terminated. As the second remodel lingered on there were various issues that kept coming up with quality of work and timeline. We were concerned that the project was not going to get done at all and were relieved once it was done.Issues:Final paint was never inspected as promised. Two electrical circuits that were worked on were missing ground connections. A junction box for audio and video equipment was never installed. Nearly all doors installed during the second round of remodel do not close correctly. A door that was installed on our storage room is too small to get our freezer back in, which was my only requirement for said door.I would've happily recommended them after the first remodel, but I cannot do so after the second round.Services: Tile work installation, Home renovations, Bathroom remodeling, Basement remodeling, Painting, Remodeling, Drywall installation, Plumbing fixture installation, Kitchen remodeling, Flooring

I have personally worked for Premier on a couple projects, I found them to be responsive, on point, and able to manage job situations in a highly professional manner that made working with them a pleasure. I strongly recommend them as I have seen their quality and their capability. Luke’s understanding of construction and his ability to organize his subs makes them a very strong value along with having a project come in on time and scope.

Premier Remodeling has just completed our remodel project that started in August, so it took approx 5 months and was complete interior remodel of 3500 sq ft home. We were delighted with how close they stayed with our timeline of completion. Luke and his team are so amazing to work with for so many reasons. We met Luke and the Premier Remodeling team 3 years ago and haven't called anyone else since! They came very highly recommended from a neighbor that had recently done some remodeling. We were looking for someone to help us with a living room remodel, ceiling renovation, electrical installation, banister remodel and painting. We were really impressed by the way the Premier Remodeling Team listened to our ideas and gave us suggestions that would fit within our budget, but that gave us the end "vision" we wanted. Our first project was completed within a month. We have used Premier many times since then....building shelves and installing in our laundry room, replacing and painting our garage door, window replacements, a complete tear out and remodel of the main floor in our rental home after water damage.....most recently, Premier Remodeling, stepped in and went above and beyond to take care of a basement flood that occurred while we were out of town. Since we had built such a trusting relationship and knew the caliber of the Premier Remodeling team, we simply made the call and Luke took it from there. We had complete trust in his skill, ability, honest work ethic and those of his partners to complete the job quickly and efficiently while we were unable to attend to it. This team did such a great job on our remodel. They had a great plan and dealt with the inevitable issues that occurred well. All Premier's subcontractors work as a team. Our painter helped the plumbing team move a bathtub! Where else will you see that? Like any major remodel we had a few surprises and I thought we had some problems. Luke assured me "You don't have any problems when I'm your contractor. I may have a problem, but you don't." True to his word, he got everything handled and done well. If you want a lowball bid, where your team is a one-time collection of the lowest bidders, these are not your guys. if you want the job done right by skilled craftsmen and suppliers this is your team.

Luke and his crew at Premier Remodeling are the most professional, honest, and best that I have ever worked with. We had a severe water issue with our roof that led to explore the option of doing some remodeling. Communication lacking, poor workmanship, lack of concern for customer. After being told to expect 6 months for project we are at 15 months and still waiting for finishing of our project. Started out great but few months after work started we discovered key personnel had left and some subcontractors changed. Obviously, this change has influenced quality of work. When contact is made with owner he is extremely slow in responding. Feeling like our project has been abandoned.Update: Get no response now at all from Premier. All calls are going to voicemail. Text messages are unanswered. Did get ahold of who was our project manager and his supervisor but they no longer work for Premier. It has been nearly 5 months since we last saw the owner who said he was going to get things lined up to get us done but nothing has been done. I was hoping to update with a five star rating and good news but it looks like that is not going to happen. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is worthless. Will update if and when our project is completed but for now I strongly recommend to stay clear of Premier Remodeling.Services: Bathroom remodeling, Design, Basement remodeling, Interior finishing

Caleb and Luke are some of the best contractors I've had the pleasure of working with. They really listen to you to ensure everything you want is completed perfectly. I've worked with many contracting companies, and this is one of the only ones that have phenomenal guys doing the work from painting, to demolition, to plumbing. They're amazing!

Luke and all the guys at Premier Remodeling are TOP NOTCH! We have hired them to do several projects for us and they have done a superb job on each and every one. First we had a major reconstruction done on our new house to include moving walls, removing load bearing walls and redoing floors and ceilings. Premier Remodeling and the sub-contractors they use worked with us on every aspect of the job and the result was fantastic! Premier Remodeling did such a good job that we hired them to fix up our old house prior to sale and we made back the cost on the sale. We have been so happy with the work they do we are having them come back and redo our basement bathroom as well. Premier is a family owned and operated business and it shows, they take pride the their work and have a great work ethic! They are the only contractors I will use on my projects!

We wanted to put an addition on our home for my parrots and were very apprehensive about hiring a contractor. Premier Remodeling was the last of four that we interviewed. We hired them at our first meeting and have never regretted it. They're kind and do what they say they are going to do, have stuck with the original pricing, explained the pricing so we understood the total bid they were coming up with. No other contractor was willing to do that they all had this magic number that they pulled from the air but wouldn't explain how they got there. Premier Remodeling went to the first architectural meeting with us and helped us understand the drawings. We love the addition so much we hired them to remove our drop ceiling and put granite counters and white subway tile in our kitchen. Their subcontractors are all very kind and have nothing but praise for working with Premier Remodeling. You can't go wrong choosing these guys! Thank you Luke, Caleb, Jacob, Sam you guys are the best.

I contacted them for a bid on a small project. They immediately called and gave helpful information on what the job entailed and what would probably be needed. They were honest about it not being cost effective to hire them because of the size of the job, but spent time going over helpful information to guide me in what I needed. I would absolutely consider them with big projects!
